I was coaxed into renewing my contract by Mr Kalra. After feeling confident that I was making the right decision and signing the paperwork, I had questions and could never reach anyone at the shop. As I do not live in Cologne, I had to rely on calling the shop. The next step was to attempt to talk to someone on the infamous O2 hotline. I have been dealing with this horrible service for years now. That is always a frustrating experience. I am so happy to finally have cancelled my contract. I will never go to O2 again as the service is miserable.
