We've had the pleasure of meeting with her in person twice, and our daughter was absolutely star-struck . Jazzy began her speech therapy journey with Ms. Natalie nearly nine months ago, and in less than a year, the growth we've witnessed has been nothing short of remarkable. It feels as though years' worth of progress was accomplished in such a short time, thanks to Ms. Natalie's expertise, dedication, and guidance; not only for our daughter, but for us as parents as well. Ms. Natalie is an exceptional coach and professional. Her work ethic and note-taking skills are truly top-notch, consistently providing parents with clear insight, valuable information, and a thorough record to reference throughout the process. She goes above and beyond by actively involving siblings and sharing helpful resources and strategies to support continued growth for the child and the entire family. Ms. Natalie, affectionately known as "Ms. Nat Nat" by so many of her families, lives in our daughter's thoughts daily. There is rarely a moment when our daughter doesn't mention her. She has become part of our family and will always hold a special place in our hearts for the profound and lasting impact she has made on our lives.

Prior to working with her he had already gone through feeding therapy with another provider but he still wasn't where he needed to be. He formed an instant connection with "Nat Nat" and loved the sessions. He made so much progress working with her and is now able to safely eat age appropriate foods. As a working parent, it was extremely helpful that Natalie was able to conduct the sessions at his daycare facility. I can't say enough good things about the service Natalie provided for our family!

I thought his speech therapist was great and really knew her stuff. She wasn't warm and fuzzy, but she got things done. IMO toward the end of my sons time there, it seemed like he had mastered his F and L sound, but I felt like they dragged it out longer than necessary. I wanted to bring my son back to work on his R sounds which is the last thing he has to work on, but they are so hard to reach via phone. The manager will not take 2 minutes to talk to you EVER, it's always a call back within 24-48 hours. I just find it unreasonable when you are a long standing client paying the prices that they charge. I also wanted to request therapists I remembered from before that are still on the website, but when I requested them, I was told they had left over a year ago. I don't understand why they have speech therapists on the website who are not there! It's obviously updated with current events; it makes no sense to me. The manager talked to me like I was an idiot for requesting people who aren't there. She is frustrating to deal with. I've talked to a few other moms and we all agreed the manager is just plain rude. On the bright side, your kids don't deal with the manager, and most of the therapists seem pretty knowledgeable.

She was wonderful with him and he genuinely looked forward to meeting with her every week. She made learning fun and always took the time to speak with me afterwards to go over everything she had worked on with him. She would also print various sheets for me to work on with him at home and stressed the importance of learning through play. So even when I was working with him at home, he would enjoy it. As my son was finishing up with Heidi, my daughter began working with her. My daughter has a more extreme speech condition than my son - at 20 months old (when she started with Heidi) she really wasn't saying much at all and barely even making simple animal sounds. Again, within a couple sessions, I noticed a huge improvement! She is still seeing Heidi and due to her condition will probably be with her longer than my son, but each time we go, I see a new development. Just like my son, she looks forward to seeing Heidi each and every week! I was a very nervous mom with my daughter since she was not really verbal at all in the beginning and I'm not sure how I would have managed if it wasn't for Heidi. She was (and still is) constantly reassuring me and calming my fears and worries. I am so extremely thankful to her for everything she has done with both my kids and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone who thinks their child might need it. She has so much experience and will tell you right away what your child needs and talk you through it the entire time. Look no further, the best thing you could do for your child is take them to the wonderful care that you'll find with Heidi!
