They did not make me feel welcome and were not accommodating at all, but the worst thing was when they started telling lies because they made mistakes and tried to cover themselves. So rude, they don't return calls or messages in MyChart, they also don't send the medication to the pharmacy that the Doctor has ordered, and then try to make excuses, telling lies about why it isn't there. The manager of this office is no better, she told me over a week ago that she will send me a referral for another office and the information to make a formal complaint, and I still have not heard anything from her. Instead of talking to his patients directly when there is an obvious problem, Dr. Timothy Evans hides and lets his staff, who are not nice enough or honest enough to have this position, continue to cause stress in his patients. He offers solutions as if he is the patient (money, time and health conscious), not as if he is the Doctor looking for the next surgery experience.
