I met with him that afternoon, & paid the $150.00 deposit via cashapp. On Monday, March 16, we were notified by the venue that it was cancelled due to covid. I immediately texted him and to date he has not replied, nor refunded me. Every vendor including the venue (via the town) has refunded me. I even sent a request to him via cashapp as well as called and texted. He has not replied. My next step is to take him to court because it's now obvious that he does not intend to refund me. Very disappointed because he presented himself as a professional.

The day of the party no photographer showed up. We tried Calling the company who told us they were looking for someone to come out. No one came out and they stop responding to us. I didn't want makeup and hair done as I don't wear makeup in real life, so why do it for the shoot? I was so excited when Tina didn't push me to make my shoot fancy. I was worried about getting the poses right, but she is great at directing you- even if you've never done something like this before. You can collaborate on a private Pinterest board so your inspiration and ideas are in one spot. She has lots of great tips to lead you in preparing for your shoot. Best of all, she is an amazing human and makes you feel comfortable from the start. If money were no object, I'd book another session with her immediately as it was so much fun and I have even more ideas for photos!
