I figured he would have a good idea of what my house would sell for and how long it would take, but I was surprised at how closely he nailed both; apparently he really knows this market. He came to the house and told me exactly what was needed to get the place sold and also make sure the buyer was getting a good house. I did some repairs and upgrades he suggested (mostly small things like paint touch-ups and minor repairs), he put up the sign and flyers and had a couple of open houses, and we had offers almost immediately. When it was time for closing and paperwork, Brianna helped us through the whole thing and made it easy. Selling this house was a lot easier than I assumed it would be, and during the process I felt like they were really working hard for me.
