They have fish feedings on Sundays and it was really interesting hearing from the naturalists about the various fish and environment around the bay. They have a couple of starfish, an eel, and a shark in the visitor center aquarium. It was fascinating watching the starfish eat an oyster. Harmony Miller was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the wildlife and area. We learned so much and will be coming back for the fish festival!

After quick calculations he said I needed 11 malaria pills and when I said my partner (going on the same trip but who came in the day before and had an appointment with Maria) was prescribed 19 pills he realized he didn't pull up the right cities and also hadn't zoomed out to see that I was indeed in malaria regions for more days than he initially calculated. I didn't think anything of it, I get it - mistakes happen and we caught it so it wasn't a biggie and glad we caught it. Later in my appointment, I got my vaccine shots and Will said he sent off my prescription to my indicated pharmacy. I stopped by the pharmacy over a day later bc I figured it should've been ready by then but was told the prescriber didn't send over one of the codes they needed but that they had already reached out to him, twice in the 24 hr period since they received the script. So I spent 20 min on the phone with Passport Health and the sweet pharmacy rep to figure out what code was needed, what the code was, and it turned out the pharmacy needed Passport Health/Will to send the code. But he was out at lunch. The passport health rep on the phone said he'd flag it and Will would know to send it through. 5+ hours after my call and from when that note was supposedly sent to Will and the pharmacy still said the info is incomplete. I called Passport Health again and they said they've sent a note to a nurse now and indicated this is urgent... It took several more phone calls with various Passport Health reps and visits to my pharmacy, but I finally got the pills the day before my flight. Overall, I think this experience just deeply depends on the person you end up getting your consultation with. My partner got a bunch of travel and prevention tips that I didn't, his tech had already researched the areas we were visiting prior to his arrival instead of doing so very briefly in the middle of the appointment, and my partner got his script filled within 3 hours bc everything was properly sent whereas I had the opposite and it took 6 days to get my script filled.

UPDATE: Passport (see below) says their cancellation policy is clear but the difference between 47 hours and 48 hours is basically nothing. AND when I called to cancel they did NOT tell me I would be subject to the cancellation. So their standard-corporate response shows EXACTLY what kind of company they are: Money grubbing, EXPENSIVE, and NOT looking out for their clients.

We've taken two cruises so far with Concierge and both times Ole has taken care of ALL the little details like printing out our boarding passes and sending laminated luggage tags. Those seem like small things but when life gets hectic it's kind of nice to know there's someone in your corner making sure you don't have to remember that stuff. We recently booked a third cruise for 8 people for next year. Ole found the best deal and alerted us to ways to save a bit of money as well. I know that Ole does a lot more than just cruises. Would NOT recommend…read more First, the flight portions were terrible. I called months in advance, was sent flight information and I asked him to reserve flights to lock them in. When it was time to pay for the flights, we got different flights because he didnt reserve them. Now we had a 3 hop, instead of 2, return flight from asia to SFO. On the day of our trip, we got all middle seats for the long international flight out! The counter clerk said we could have reserved seating at purchase. Called Jigmey and he said they were supposed to keep family together... Nop. I asked him to please check the domestic transfers for seating together, especially the return flight. Guess what, I had to check/fix each domestic flight leg to pick seats. The return was no better, the 4 hr transfer from bangkok to taiwan were also all middle seats. The long taiwan to SFO flight was also not unassigned. Again, I'm scrambling at last minute to fix things. Not acceptable for total trip price with air about 20k. Finally, the actual trip contents were average - low content with shop stops and optional/extra fee tours. Overall not worth the packaged price. Wont be recommending this company to family or friends. ps. also left out important travel information like Laos visa at airport only takes US dollars ($41 per person)and there is NO ATM for dollars before the visa checkpoint and they dont take credit/debit.
