Would NOT recommend…read more First, the flight portions were terrible. I called months in advance, was sent flight information and I asked him to reserve flights to lock them in. When it was time to pay for the flights, we got different flights because he didnt reserve them. Now we had a 3 hop, instead of 2, return flight from asia to SFO. On the day of our trip, we got all middle seats for the long international flight out! The counter clerk said we could have reserved seating at purchase. Called Jigmey and he said they were supposed to keep family together... Nop. I asked him to please check the domestic transfers for seating together, especially the return flight. Guess what, I had to check/fix each domestic flight leg to pick seats. The return was no better, the 4 hr transfer from bangkok to taiwan were also all middle seats. The long taiwan to SFO flight was also not unassigned. Again, I'm scrambling at last minute to fix things. Not acceptable for total trip price with air about 20k. Finally, the actual trip contents were average - low content with shop stops and optional/extra fee tours. Overall not worth the packaged price. Wont be recommending this company to family or friends. ps. also left out important travel information like Laos visa at airport only takes US dollars ($41 per person)and there is NO ATM for dollars before the visa checkpoint and they dont take credit/debit. The first person I talked to here was a guy called Nirav, another called Major. Both were busy, so they transferred my call over to Ruby - and here's why I say there are no accidents in life!! She is god sent and has been the one I've turned to during the darkest hours of my life!!!! Ruby is one person who understand the urgency in the voice of the caller. She has a lot of patience and not once have I heard her get angry or irritable, even though I rushed her many a time. I'd call her for International tickets, without much notice, and promptly she'd book me on flights. Lately, she has been a part of my family in so many ways - during the hospitalization of a parent, the demise of a parent, another emergency hospitalization, and all other possible life's emergencies!!!! She found us a super swanky all inclusive room and finagled us special decoration and welcome packages for honeymooners, all within our budget and on a tiny timeframe. Then a few days later right before I was going to pay, I called her up at 9pm on a Sunday (please don't be rude to her like me!) worried that the hotel wasn't quite right for us - we were going to Mexico and it felt a little too 'professional' for us, plus I was wondering if there was a way I could just walk right out and snorkel each day. Denise spent hours more with me that night helping me find the perfect spot and plans all over again, with no complaint whatsoever - she actually seemed excited! She really seems to love her job and genuinely enjoys learning about you as a person and matching you to the right trip. Then she even met me in the city where was convenient for me to take payment. We ended up at Club Med, which I had never thought of, which had snorkeling right off the resort - and walked out and snorkeled almost every day of our trip. We also went to Xel-Ha, for another day of fish-watching. We call airline and find out the flight still go out ontime today- no cancellations at all. So what's happened? She either scam or overbooked. Update: so she offered my sister free ride home and promised that she will have tickets for my sister next day, she also admitted that she overbooked. That's a lie too, the seat were confirm with airline, if you book on same seat for other the airline can't let you booked. She must cancel my sister tickets and put others in those 2 spots there for more money. What's a crooked business, if you don't want to overcharge and scam do not do business with her.

We recently booked a third cruise for 8 people for next year. Ole found the best deal and alerted us to ways to save a bit of money as well. I know that Ole does a lot more than just cruises. After working with Cherrie for 10 minutes to fill out a form, I left my passport with her to manage the renewal. You can also renew via internet and mail, but I found working with Cherrie so efficient that I recommend taking her help to manage this process if you're unfamiliar with doing it yourself. The cost was reasonable, and you may be able to get a better price if you pay by zelle or venmo rather than credit card.
