Who doesn't love some French fried goodness?…read more We were at brewery stop #3 for the day (StoryBook Brewing Company) and Potato Potato was parked outside on the back patio. We weren't planning on getting food but it was staring us right in the face so we really had no choice. After much debate, our group decided to get an order of buffalo chicken fries with cheese curds instead of bleu cheese and it was heavenly. Perfect ratio of meat, cheese, sauce and fries with a small number of limp fries (no one likes a wet, limp fry). There's was only one guy working but he moved pretty quick and we had (and devoured) our fries in no time. Definitely try this truck if you see it around!

The meat was juicy and flavorful and topped with the perfect mix of toppings. The carnitas were more lackluster, noticeably lacking a crisp fried texture and more wet and less flavorful. The salsas were fantastic, with the one salsa being very smoky and having a nice spice. The bean and cheese burrito was super cheesy but a bit smaller compared to most bean and cheese burritos served around here. I'd definitely come back for the tacos and would love to try some of the other meats.

I got the tofu sandwich and felt like it was just okay, a bit overly salty. My husband got the Philly and we both liked it, but it's more similar in flavor to a brisket sandwich than a philly. If we come back I'd want to try the Briria tacos. The space it's in was fun, had a bunch of different restaurants, and a bar with a pool table and darts. My only negative about the space was that the front doors were propped wide open, and it was hot outside so it was also very hot inside. I feel like as a vegan spot, it tends towards scratch- made, whole food ingredients, which I appreciate (like marinated mushrooms in place of meat).
