From start (and I do mean start with scheduling giving accurate insurance information) to finish this was absolutely the best first dental experience we could have asked for! our 1.5 year old was just waking up and apprehensive but every single employee made it their mission to make him comfortable and happy! They really take the time to help them get comfortable with letting him brush a stuffed dragons teeth while cheering him on and answering all my questions to explaining how we'd get his cleaning down via teamwork between myself and the dentist to discussing tips on how to create positive dentist memories. I never felt rushed. I also appreciated the private room for little ones first time and an employee even came in just to hold my phone so he could see and hear his favorite songs to help him through the cleaning which honestly took just a few minutes for the whole thing and as soon as it was done they brought out a bubble blower that helped him quickly get over being upset about getting his teeth brushed. The bathroom was beautiful and clean as was the front waiting area which was colorful and had many activities for toddlers and older children and best of all giant vending machines that your child gets a special token to use after they are done- his adorable rubber duck from the machine quickly brought a smile to his face! The also take and provide you with a cute first visit dental photo printed out -it has a qr code to download the file- what more could you ask for!? The employees at the front desk also went above and beyond helping us check to see if another insurance would have better coverage and now we can add him to one of our other policies to get coverage at a much higher rate! read more

Was referred to Dr Peter 4 years ago for my daughter and have never even dreamed of going elsewhere. My daughter loves going to his office to see him and I love the experience as well from start to finish with every single team member there. She even asks when she will see him next bc she gets a little gift at the end! She's actually excited about seeing the dentist!!! Teddy the office mascot is also too cute!! I had a very bad experience here. The dentist recommended thousands of dollars of work due to my child's tooth decay including multiple crowns. I went to get a second opinion from another dentist who said the problem hadn't gotten that bad yet and we could keep an eye on it. I also found the prices quite high, perhaps necessary to pay for the gimmicks like the digital touch pads, games, free toys, and other things that are unnecessary for quality dental care. Doctor Markov was recommended by our Pediatrician. We were able to get in same day. Our baby has a fear of doctor's offices, as most babies do. But the nurse and doctor were just so nice and patient, she did better than we were anticipating. Honestly the perfect experience for my 2 year old who had never seen a dentist before-- very clean office and kind staff from making the appointment all the way to checking out. Dr. Peter and his team really care about making sure your child is comfortable and not afraid. My son enjoyed brushing Mr. Tiger's teeth, watching Frozen on the ceiling TV, the bubbles at the end of the appointment, the cute dog behind reception, the token machines where he got a duck and the toy cabinet where he selected a helicopter. Fantastic dentist! Took our 2.5 year old daughter yesterday for her first dentist appointment. We weren't sure how it would go given her age and new experience but the staff and dentist were amazing. Not only was It such a fun environment for her but they let her watch pawl patrol, hold on to a tiger with lots of teeth AND gave her a stuffed toy at the end to take home too. Dr. Peter and his staff have always been amazing with my two children. Dr. Peter is a true professional with a special gift of making children feel at ease on the dentist chair. Unlike our previous experiences with two other dentists, my girls enter Dr. Peter's office without any reservations. He truly cares about the present and long term health of his patients' teeth and makes his recommendations based on this alone, not rushing any process like braces or extractions (although there is a need for it in the future). Having worked at a pediatric dentist I had an overall gist of what a 14 month olds appointment would be. That being said our first dental visit exceeded my expectations! COVID or not- it is pleasing to the eye to have a clean, organized, and detail oriented space to be in. I immediately felt like I had chosen a great pediatric dentist for my child...first impressions are important. The front desk lady was kind and attentive to me and friendly to my son, Lucas. I appreciated the paperwork being on a tablet rather than paper and they offered Lucas a tablet (with my permission) to watch a show while I filled out the questions. The doctor came in and went over any questions I had as well as gave me some helpful suggestions. He wasn't pushy with anything or trying to upsell me. We did a knee to knee for Lucas's exam and cleaning in which the doctor was gentle, quick, and efficient. Once the "hard" part was over he had a little bubble machine which helped with the few tears Lucas shed for the fluoride ( can't blame him!) and he was given a toy.
