I spoke with Wonzer B. and he was awesome. I submitted the work order on Wednesday and he finished the job on Thursday evening. He communicated with me throughout the process and even provided me with pictures of his equipment. I live out of state so I was relying on my tenant to relay what was done. My tenant stated that everything looked amazing. I decided to take a trip down to Atlanta over the weekend just to see the job performed. I must say that I was extremely pleased with the job done. He said that the red dirt doesn't come, but then he used Awesome (which can be bought at the dollar store) and it came off easily. I checked behind him and there were spots that he had to go back over, including red dirt on my garage. He sprayed something on it and the parts that were white turned blue. Also, he sprayed so much water into a socket that wasn't covered up that it caught on fire when I tried to use it a week after he left. He has stickers on his white van that he is BBB accredited, but he's not! He ended up costing me more than the job was worth! I hope this helps someone.

I left a message and when they had a break from whatever job they were on that day, they called me back. The owner then scheduled a time to briefly stop by and finalize the estimate by getting accurate measurements of the surface area to be cleaned. I was able to call back with an additional request the next day and schedule the work within two weeks. They called to reconfirm the appointment the evening prior and arrived on time on the scheduled day. Our job consisted of a driveway, two walkways, and a mid-sized concrete and brick patio area. They also cleaned the rear of our house (siding). The job took about 5.5 hours. The bill seemed very reasonable (vs. me taking probably twice that time myself with a smaller pressure washer). I'm sure the concrete will darken up again over time and I'll be calling ZAP back at some point. Recommended.
