I didn't want to eat tapas (again) and cava, so I demanded we have a real meal. We found Via Marguetta because we just stumbled up on it. We were easily seated with no wait. We started with water bottles and a coke zero. One had a vine, the tinto vaso. Our group chose spaghetti carbonara, balsamic hamburger, and two pizzas (carciofina and capron/primav). The pizzas were huge and could feed two easily. The gals who got the burger and pasta liked their meals. I thought the pizza was just okay so that's why it's 3 stars.

It was just a (very pleasant) surprise that we chose this place, which we did mostly because the weather was iffy and pretty windy and the inside of this place looked inviting. My wife and I shared an Ensalada Caprina, whose generous portion of goat cheese was adorned with dried fruit, nuts, and pansies, and accompanied by a delicious balsamic dressing. Next, we enjoyed a Tataki Tuna. The waiter offered that the tuna was mostly raw and only slightly seared... perhaps someone had previously not known how this dish was prepared? But yeah... it was perfect. I wish we'd had a little more time to try their dessert carte, but alas, the movie was about to begin and we had to skedaddle.
