So three weeks later I just completed my 2nd level 1 class. I did things I could not do during the try it class. It made me feel so much better about my self. Its not easy, and its not for everyone. but what will you lose if you just try their try it class? Like I said they do not judge and they love to help. they do not push you if you do not feel comfortable. just an absolute amazing place and I am hooked.

Let's see if they'll actually issue my refund now...

The instructors are dynamic, knowledgeable, and tough yet supportive and encouraging. While I love all the classes, I always make sure to go to at least three group Tower Pilates classes a week. Unlike many studios, Vie has all the Pilates equipment, and all the instructors are certified in Classical Pilates. The classes are limited to 6 people, and the instructors make sure everybody in the class is using proper technique (that then reveals how unbelievably tough a lot of the simple-seeming exercises are). Even though I work out a lot, if I don't do Pilates at Vie regularly I start getting lower back pain and stiffness. It is amazing how much better I feel when I do regular Pilates. Besides the terrific instructors and classes, Vie is also a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing studio. You feel spoiled by the lovely amenities--soft lighting, lush colors, fruit-infused cold water, thick, fluffy towels. It is not a cheap studio, but quality does not come cheap. I am thrilled that Ann Arbor has this five-star fitness studio and spa.
