I have to say that I had the most welcoming experience when I showed up to wash my sheets from our airbnb. I literally walked in thinking let's see how this go's. But from the moment we walked in Vivi welcomed my husband and myself with a friendly hello and ask if there was anything she could do to help us. I honestly was shocked cause I have not been to a laundromat in years and was not expecting this at all. She then begun to tell us what would be best for our items and then gave us the option to leave them and she would contact me once they were 10 minutes to being done. In which she did. I am writing this comment as I sit in my car looking at viva's store front. I'm looking at the time, "open 7 days a week 5 am to 10 PM." Awsome right? .... NO! I woke up early to do my laundry and got here at 5. It is now 5:12. Maybe I'm exaggerating but viva woke the bear to do laundry and I cant. So yes... I am a little shook. Cleanliness is always on top of my list, whether it be a restaurant, a place of service, and so on. This place was fairly clean, considering that it isn't in the best part of town. Right next door is a Mexican restaurant/bar that had live karaoke, so it was pretty loud. This place offers a couple of TV monitors for entertainment & I believe a couple of vending machines. What stood out to me with this place is that they have created somewhat of a corner station that has shelves, where you can plug in your cellphone charger and charge your phone or any other small electronic device while doing your laundry. I would be thinking further though and somehow put locks on each, so anyone using it would feel safe leaving it there, if in case their laundry is on the other corner of the laundrymat. The thought counts! My friends and I came here to do laundry together since we were limited of hanging out and spending quality time. We got to catch up, sing some carols (right now it's Christmas season 2017), and also got to talk & pray with a lady. The laundry manager was there but was nice & never made us feel we were doing anything wrong. Most people who saw us either were singing along or smiling--it was fun times! read more

Had a very bad experience the attendant did not want to respect my stamp card when it was already finish to get my free wash with my stamp card..the floor was really dirty and the folding tables and washers were dirty i went on Wednesday at 6pm I went to wash and never had a bad experience ever since I started going. read more

This is the best laundromat I have ever been to. Vivi and Sandy are sweet and helpful. All the washers are commercial front loading machines. The place has recently been renovated and it is always clean. They also have Netflix for their clientele. Lastly, every Tuesday is taco Tuesday! Highly recommend. read more

Vivi's laundry is by far my favorite place to do laundry... i do so right after work since im 5 min. Away... also place is well maintained and machines work great! Only issue i have is hopefully they put more dryers on the other side.. making both ends even.. but other than that i enjoy doing laundry here.. ;) read more

I had a great experience waiting for my clothes - which washed great and didn't take forever - enjoyed a massage chair and the attendant turned on a show on the TV for me. It is pretty roomy, didn't feel crowded like laundromats tend to. If I lived in town I'd make this my regular laundry. read more

I've used this laundry several times to wash my clothes quickly in clean machines. They have recently started fluff and fold service so I decided to give it a try. I could not believe how my clothes came back. I have some nice shirts (polo) that always require ironing. They came back folded in such a way where I have not had to iron since bringing them in. Saves lots of time for me. I've used the fluff and fold service twice and will continue to do so. Great job for a great price. $.99 a lb. read more

Normally I use the ones in the building where I live, but do the elevators in the building not working, opted for an outside laundromat. Came after work on a Friday and there are plenty of washing machines various sizes/capacity as Wells's the dryers. Facility is clean and staff is helpful and courteous. Coolest laundromat I've ever been to. I've only been to 2 but still! I have never felt so independent in my life lol. There was nobody here, no attendants, but if you use your brain, you can figure out things on your own. Really affordable too. Dryers start at 25 cents for 10 minutes. There's free wifi too! I am here because someone paid me to do their laundry but I will be happy to do it again next week for them. read more
