WORST company ever!! Whenever there is a problem with your system, they make YOU be their technician and try to train YOU to fix it over the phone with their instructions. We've spent many hours each time on the phone fixing the issues even though we pay monthly services plus equipment fees!! Then trying to cancel services, they get you! They make it impossible to cancel without huge fees! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! RUN!! read more
