Vivint is the worst mistake I have ever made and I am 60. System has been offline for almost 3 months and they keep sending me monitoring reports, not sure how this happens. The customer service is awful, the entire experience is based on the customer wasting time at the customers expense for Vivints convenience and apparent inability to hire the correct amount of people to handle the load. this company is easily compromised!!! i highly highly do not recommend this company my ex girlfriend called and gave my info was not asked for any legal documents (power of attorney a will anything) and was not only given access to my account but was able to create her own after spending 2 hours on the phone with them they said it finally was corrected !! so they say ! read more
