The setup, the panel, the app for our phones: All were explained in detail. Shannon and his team are so down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and explain everything. Was also told I could do it using the chat app. I could not. Finally, when I talk to someone on the phone, they spent all their energy on wanting to install ADT at my new home. I will never use ADT again. Going forward, any business that is this difficult to communicate with will forever be removed from my approved contractor list. Goodbye ADT. We had the service for 3.5 years and was never happy with the service.

When…read moreI picked up, they added Webroot security without prior discussion or approval from me and charged $39.99 for annual coverage, I did need security, but a discussion would have been in order first!! Little did I know that they overcharged me by $10.00-Webroot sells same service on line for $29.99 every single day. But most concerning, I WAS BLOCKED FROM ACCESS TO WEBROOT BY LCS -DevNull, they set themselves up as administrator and I HAD TO HAVE PERMISSION TO ACCESS TO THE SERVICE FOR WHICH I PAID. Each time I called to ask that I be added to access so I could run a scan whenever I wanted and to see what Webroot was isolating, the people at LCS-DevNull had an excuse as to why I could not access the service for which they had charged me. Also, discovered that they had set up my computer to allow them to access it anytime they wanted without my permission or knowledge. I had an issue in March and wanted to access Webroot so I called to have access allowed, more hemming and hawing and excuses. Josh Adams talked with me, I questioned why I was paying for a service I could not have access to nor control. He does not like to be questioned and is quite snarky in his demeanor with customers that don't kow tow to him. And just like the school yard bullies from grade school, he used his best used car salesman tactics and told me my problem had nothing to do with Webroot and danced all around why I could not have access, making the problem mine instead of his unethical business practice. If you are not doing something wrong, like charging me for a single user service but installing a much cheaper "business" service that allows for 5 users to be connected at a reduced price, then why not just give me access??? He does not like being called on the carpet for his shady dealings at all. In the most unprofessional manner I have ever heard, he would not allow access -said I did not need it. I told him give me access or refund the service and remove it, I will get it myself directly from Webroot. He said he would REFUND THE ENTIRE ANNUAL FEE AS SOON AS THE BOOKKEEPER CAME BACK and we would part ways. Gladly, I do not like bullies nor liars. I questioned when I could expect the check to be mailed, he said the bookkeeper would be back later in the day and that was on March 12th. I followed up with an email to support@lexingtoncomputersupport.com on the 19th of March confirming a full refund was promised. Went to their website yesterday and did a live chat, and guess who I was chatting with, you got it - Josh. Only problem was, Josh accepted my chat, but he never responded. Not good customer service nor is it any way to win customers and gain a good rating on line. Typically, if a check is mailed in Lexington 40503 going to 40503 it takes 1 to 2 business days. Further, I originally paid by credit card and you know they have that card number on file, so issuing credit would have been easier and quicker. Still nothing has been done. It has been 3 weeks, so what conclusion should I draw from the lack of refund being forthcoming by Lexington Computer Support-DevNull LLC?? When we signed a contract with this company, I was told someone would be in touch to get us scheduled for the installation of our garage door and that it was 1-2 weeks out for installation. No problem with that. But I never received a call to get us on the schedule. I had to reach back out to the company twice to get it scheduled. 2. Once I was scheduled, I never heard from the company again. I received no confirmation call in the days prior to the installation. 3. I was scheduled for installation at 8:00 am on a Monday. I reached out to the company at 8:30 when no one had shown up, and I was told they had a meeting that ran 30 mintues over, but that the team was on their way. They did not show up until 9:30 ( an hour and 30 minutes after my scheduled install time). 4. The same afternoon we had the door installed, there were issues with it catching and not opening/closing properly. 5. I was scheduled for the service team to come out and work on the door the following Thursday at 8:30 am. I made the simple request for the company to call me in advance to let me know they were on their way (I do not live at the location where the service was being performed). Not only did I not receive any sort of call, but the team arrived at 8:00. I only know this because the tenants who live at the location texted me. Zero contact efforts were made on the company's behalf, even though I am the owner of the property. I then called in to speak wiht the manager (Chance) and let him know how displeased I was with the service from the company. It was a very disappointing and disgraceful call as he simply wanted to make excuses for the lack of courtesy and respect I was being shown rather than take ownership of the situation. I am giving a 2 star purely because the installers were lovely and I do not hold them accountable for the lack of professionalism by the "leaders" of the company. The door is okay quality if it decides to work properly mving forward. Time will tell on that one. Needless to say, we will not be using or recommending this company for any furhter or future projects. Disgraceful.

I've been using them for 20 years, and they've never let me down. I accidentally called the big,…read moresimilarly-named company with the blue vans this week for service, and they (the other guys) wanted almost $600 to change out a pressure switch. Luckily I had a clue as to what a pressure switch should cost (It's really just a switch) so I paid the service call fee and sent that company packing. I bought and installed my own pressure switch for $30 locally the next day, but that didn't fix it, so I called MY guys at Fayette PLUMBING and HVAC. They quickly diagnosed a blown fuse I'd missed and got me up and running. Stayed another 20 minutes testing the system to see if it would blow again, and so far all is well (knock on wood!) During the wait, the friendly, knowledgeable tech taught me how to read codes on the control board and gave me some great advice on keeping the system running well. Their charge? $100. A great value, any day of the week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

He got there before me and was unforgivingly rude to my wife. He will not be allowed to return.
