We have been mostly happy in our system but I'm writing this review strictly for their phone customer service! Phone customer service is Horrible!!! They are rude and hateful and while trying to resolve a problem they are pushing new products. One exception after they hung up on us (they claimed accidentally) was 1 customer service representative named Tonya who was a shining light and understood what customer service means. read more

Our experience has been that this is an incredibly over-priced company. We were paying $100 a month; they immediately offered to lower the fee to $39 when we asked to cancel. There is always an issue with "your equipment' being out-of-date which can be solved by you buying new, better cameras. Our contract was finally fulfilled and my husband just called to cancel. Leaving organized crime would likely be easier. They do not know the word "no." 0/5 stars Do not recommend. read more

Vivint security system is good but They were supposed to send me a gift card to buyout my contract that I had for my previous company. The card was put in the mail on July 7. I still have not received the card on 07-27 I asked them to send me a replacement card . Luckily my previous security system provider (Brinks) is sending me another letter so I will have another 30 days to send them the buyout gift card If I had known that it was going to be this much trouble I would have stayed with Brinks. I will probably get stuck paying the $657 to pay off to Brinks myself That sucks!! read more
