Recently had what I thought were better cameras installed but after a few weeks I'm questioning…read morethat. 1 camera needs to be adjusted because the built in lights are too close to the wall and aren't lighting up the monitored area. 1 camera shows the yard/grass to be a different color than the other 4 cameras. 2 cameras aren't lighting up the monitored areas where they are positioned. There's a yard light on the corner but it's at least 40 feet from either of these cameras. The HD clarity is suspect on all 5 cameras. I can't really see details unless what I'm viewing is less than 15 feet from the cameras.

She informed me that they need a month notice to cancel my account which means I would have to pay for June. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR JUNE WHEN THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP ANY MONITORING AT THE CLINIC AT ALL. Does this make any sense at all. I have owned my clinic since 1995. I work hard for my money.
