Anyways, the only struggle I had was trying to figure out the hours online -- they weren't posted anywhere so I finally went and their hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key was quick, easy, and affordable. Hard to find an actual person to help cut because the minute key machines suck! They always leave terrible edges!

Spoke to a very nice sounding girl on the phone who setup my appointment. Fast forward to the appointment date, and the tech arrived on time/evaluated/and set me up with my own Fort Knox system. I haven't been robbed yet, so I can't tell you how well it works, but when I did call and have a question about the system, it was immediately answered over the phone for me. Customer service is like impossible to get anymore, so this was a ray of sunshine in the hell that is my life. I sleep better at night knowing my place is protected from hard core republicans with their guns, and democrats with their BS feelings. My system keeps the world away, and the monsters at bay.

I have had nothing but trouble with adt. The latest was my smoke detectors needed new batteries. I…read morechanged batteries and spent 3 full days talking to representatives to stop the chirping from the panel ( after I removed the detectors and took batteries out. Talked to 5 representatives with no resolution. I had virtual appointment set for Thursday morning only to be awoken at 3:30 with panel going off. I talked to virtual representative for 1 hour 17 minutes and was told the detectors needed to be replaced every 5 years at a cost of $308.46. After I paid I looked at the detector that I've had for 4 years and it states on the back replace by 10/2034. Another lie from adt. I have spent hours on ladders fixing the system while adt was on the phone. It is a neighborhood joke how often I was out there fixing their equipment. Shop around before buying into ADT . I'm going to try to get an explanation on the replacement dates on the detectors but I honestly believe that I will not get a honest answer

When I called they made me trouble shoot with them, unscrewing it from the wall... nothing worked. It has been impossible to cancel, finally I got them to agree to close my account, they quoted me my final payment which I confirmed included any cancellation fees (for a system that doesn't work) and made my payment of $550. Just got another bill for $225! I called and they said that department that took my payment isn't authorized to tell me that was the final amount and refused to pull the call or honor their own company's commitment. FRAUDULENT!!
