The receptionist, Michelle, didn't acknowledge me when I arrived and was playing loud content on her phone. When I finally asked for help, she was short-tempered and dismissive. I left and posted a 1-star review on Google reflecting that interaction. The next day (June 3), I called again. Initially, she was polite--until I asked to speak with a technician. Her tone immediately shifted, and she became curt and dismissive again. Later that day, I received a call from a man associated with the company, who seemed upset that I had left negative reviews. He asked, "What are we going to do about this review?" which I found inappropriate. I tried to explain why I had left the reviews, but he ended the call abruptly. I share this not to attack anyone, but to highlight a recurring issue: poor professionalism from the front desk and a concerning response to constructive feedback. A company's first impression matters, and my experience here makes me hesitant to do business with them or recommend them. Everyone deserves respect--especially customers.

We actually had to call them to find out why they hadn't shown up? Reluctantly, we rescheduled them for 2 days later- AGAIN no call no show. In this day and age it is amazing to me that small businesses can function with such terrible customer service. Obviously, we will not be using or recommending this company.

Josh from House of Service came out to give us a 2nd opinion. He asked how old the unit was and then called the manufacture himself. Turns out it was still covered under warranty and we only had to pay for labor and freon. He saved us thousands! He was very honest and they did a great job on the install. Our house barely stayed cool over the long summer months and ran all the time (day and night). After having an insane electric bill for 4 months last year we decided to give House of Service a try since they were a local Heating and Air company. Not only did the tech clean our system and make sure it was running properly. He identified a problem in our blower unit that had been causing issues for years - condensation from exposed pipes. He fixed the problem with condensation by covering and sealing up our pipes in our blower unit and now my central air unit is working better than it has for the past 10 years. Great service, honest and very knowledgeable service techs make this a great company to fix any HVAC problem. My family and friends will defiantly be coming back.
