I was not safe at the hotel, and the manager was horrible to me. I saw a man speaking viciously to…read morehis date at the table next to me. She left in tears. I spoke to him and told him he should be nicer. He was drunk and decided to hit on me, which is insane. I kept saying, no, you need to be nicer to your girlfriend. He kept pushing me. He decided he wouldn't take no for an answer after I told him I didn't want to be hit on or talk to him. He became increasingly aggressive. I tried to keep de-escalating. He told me that we WOULD get to know each other. He pushed his phone to me with his Instagram. It was full of pictures of naked women. I went to the host desk. I smiled, so I wouldn't upset him further. I kept smiling and told them I needed him to go away. He came up behind me. They called hotel security, who quickly came over. The man (Ryan) left with his bottle of wine. Security escorted me to my room. I saw him waving from the balcony of a room above mine, very near. I asked to be moved. I was frightened. They changed my room, but I did not sleep the entire night. The next morning, I spoke to the manager, Francisco Escuer. He told me: "I watched the tape, you were talking to the man and smiling. You smiled at the host stand. Why were you smiling if you were asking for help to get away from that guy?" I said, "Because he was coming after me, and that's what women do, so we don't aggravate men we know are dangerous." He said, "Well, his girlfriend didn't report anything." Again, I said: "Women don't report abusers because they are not believed, just like you are not believing me." Escuer also screamed at me and accused me of recording our conversation. He made physical gestures toward me during this. I told him I needed the tape, his information and the hotel's information. He refused to give me anything and yelled at me. I had to check out, pay for that stay, and another hotel. Escuer/the hotel are not safe for women.

If she knew of vendor who could provide something at a lower price than she could, she would be the first person to bring it up alongside all the pros and cons. Connections: Mary not only planned our wedding, but also helped plan the bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, and all surrounding events. She arranged shuttle service to our remote location back and forth from the airport for 115 guests, music, decor, cake, bathrooms, electricity, catering for dinner as well as fun taco stand and hot chocolate stand. If there was something we needed last minute, she made it happen (without us even knowing about it) IN CONCLUSION We've been told by so many of our guests that the wedding was one of the most magical days of their lives (and it certainly was for us). I just had to ensure we had the best team for the job and boy oh boy did we. From walk throughs of our location (on time I must add), to constant contact regarding question and ideas, to the day of the wedding and delivery of photos and videos we were blown away. The day of the wedding was a little stressful but I can truly say when Romina and her colleague came in and began photographing me, I became more relaxed. The positive energy and kindness they brought in the space was like fresh air. We laughed, shared short stories and made magic. My husband had the same experience with Alex and his colleague and couldn't stop talking about how amazing they were. We honestly felt like they treated us like family. The Gnocchi pasta was cooked perfect, the sauce was not bad, a little too much sauce was in it. I didn't understand what the two different color sauces that was on top of the dish. The flavor in them didn't go with the dish. The Linguine dish was really good, the pasta was also cooked perfect, great flavor in the sauce, the mushrooms was cooked great as well. We didn't have dessert as we were too full. The place is really big with plenty of seating. The service was really good even though it wasn't busy. I did hear some bass from a local club but it wasn't enough to keep us awake after long days about town. Ate at the restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the food was delicious! The shrimp tacos were my favorite. They even brought our lunch to us at the pool. Breakfast was always excellent. Restaurant opens at 8am so if you are an early bird like me you will have to wait awhile for coffee. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
