Customer service sucked. Twin 8 year old boys tearing it up at Zero Gravity every weekend and we heard how great Viva was with the owner Brian being so personable. Unfortunately he wasn't there and the guy that helped us was not personable at all. This place is definitely the hidden gold mine in Madera when it comes to Vans shoes and many other popular brands such as Nixon, RVCA, Volcom, etc. The owner is an awesome guy and always gives great deals. I don't think he ever charges the MSRP price on the tag, he always knocks off a pretty good chunk. It's way worth it to do your clothes shopping here compared to any of the big box or mall stores. Went in today just to check it out because of the few high rated yelp reviews. At first I thought it was closed because of the was the store looked from the outside. I liked the huge selection of clothing and accessories. I wasn't looking for a skateboard but did notice that the variety wasn't that big to choose from.
