Great activity for the whole family although not sure about kids…read more My sister in law booked us an appointment for a party of five. Everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and professional. as soon as you check in, they give you all the safety gear. Then you'll have a 1:1 session with a glass blower. All the steps are explained but you only get to do some part since the glass will solidify right away. I think the fun part is getting the finished product that they send through the mail if you elect to do so. This is very convenient for out of state visitors. They'll pack/mail it for you for a fee. Recommend this activity when in the area.

I live no where near Corning, NY but I saw a piece of art that I wanted when browsing the internet…read more I was reluctant to purchase something of this value on line but took the chance since I had my eye on this piece for several months. Ann was a pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions with great patience and understanding. When I purchased the piece I had confidence that she would follow through and carefully pack my beautiful ceramic sculpture. Little did I know how carefully and thoughtfully she would do this. I was extremely pleased with the way this worked out. What a pleasure to unwrap this, following her directions. I don't think there could have possibly been a better way to pack this very fragile piece. Her care in providing instructions for unpacking the piece (including "TOP -- Do Not Remove") were easy to follow and provided me with a great deal of comfort in that I knew I was doing this correctly. EVERYTHING is PERFECT!! I have no idea if I will ever get to Corning to meet Ann and visit her gallery, but I am so confident in her service that I have purchased an even larger, more expensive piece from her.
