I said, well, yes, that's why I came in. I went back to the store to discuss my situation. The sales associate was not knowledgeable and could not explain or suggest a reason for my product to be in this condition. When I asked the sales associate if it was safe to use, she said she did not know. She would not exchange my clumpy, off smelling bottle for a new bottle.
