When I stopped through to make my purchase, the gentleman on assignment was super friendly and very welcoming. He gave me a small tour and when I informed him of the cigar I was looking for he immediately pointed it out for me in the humidor. I always appreciate it when the staff is knowledgeable about what's in the humidor and where it is located. The inside is spacious and inviting. There are two large smoking areas with comfortable seating that says, 'sit down and stay awhile'. As importantly, they have a large walk-in humidor with an amazing selection of sticks. It also contains separate restrooms for men/women. Located next door to Havana Sports & Cigar Bar, the two share the front sidewalk patio which contains awesome seating as well.
