My co workers and I made an appointment, and were having difficulty finding parking. We are not from here, so we were confused driving around. I decided to call and ask for directions as where to park. The young lady on the phone gave us "instructions" that would make sense to someone who lives here but not if you're not from here. She was using landmarks that we are not familiar with. Anyway, my co worker got stressed and dropped me off to ask where we could park. Since we had an appointment we did not want to be late. Coming in into the facility was another challenge of its own. There is no sign that says to push the door when the buzzer rings. So if you're not from here, you're just hoping that someone walks by to help you. I had to call again to figure out how to come in. I finally managed to enter their facility and when I come upstairs, I hear them mocking me and my co worker, including the client they had in their chair, laughing saying "how can you not find parking? It's right there." I then proceeded to say we are not from here. It's confusing enough having to drive on the left side of the road (not their fault). After that, I stopped looking for a nail polish color. I decided I'm not going to die without nails and I am not giving these people my hard earned money. It's their loss because I was ready to spend good money and I'm a great tipper. I take care of my people if you take care of me. It's a great thing I didn't proceed with getting anything done because my co worker sent me a picture of her pedicure chair and they just put your feet in the water like that, with no plastic wrap protector. I will include a picture of that. As I waited in the waiting room, I was grossed out to sit on the sofa/ chair as it was filthy. It had stains everywhere, and the throw pillows look like they've never been washed. I'm sure they were white at one point but now grey, I'm assuming from how filthy they were.
