Horrible. Had a prior appointment 01/11/21 service was horrible, staff member outright denied my insurance without verifying and calling the company. Turned me away and demanded that I call the insurance to do the work myself. Very unprofessional and lack of initiative. Because of this incident I had to reschedule for the next available opening 2-3 days later.... losing days at work. I needed a work excuse to clear my stomach bug since I work in the food industry. Needless to say, I went back today 01/14/21 for my SCHEDULED appointment @ 1245pm, and called to the number provided to advise of my arrival. No one answered the phone, took 15-20 minutes of no response. I reached a female employee who said there was a glitch in the system and proceeded that someone would be calling me back. After waiting 1.5 hours later, I patiently decided to call again and after several attempts, I was able to get through finally to an employee named Beto. Beto was apologetic of the prior experience and continued and assisted me as much possible, alongside team member Edgar to assist in my insurance dilemma. They contacted the company, verified my insurance and advised that I would be assisted once a bed became available. The experience here, is the lack of disorganization and no accountability and or the appearance of management. Despite COVID, there should be order, organization and attentiveness. Where is management?? Where is the PROFESSIONALISM. Really dissatisfied! I'd give it a zero, but apparently, I'm not granted that ability. read more

I am feeling completely miserable and I called this company on the phone and asked to be sure that they could assist me in so I arrived within three minutes of my phone call only to be told that the provider has gone home 30 minutes before their closing time. They have the worst billing department!!! They owe my husband and me money for every time they told us we owe a previous precious balance. A balance that we paid twice already, that doesn't include over charging my co pay first its $30 then they say $40 then they say $10, then send me a check for over paying, then they say no your copays is $40. When I look at my insurance work my company is listed as $10 so why they keep giving different #s is beyond me. I'm will NEVER return and you will not be getting any money from me!!! Love this clinic. With the SOLV app I'm able to schedule an appointment from home any time of day. I just walk in, check in and I'm seen with little wait time unlike other places. I called in around 5:45 pm to see how long their wait was and they said there was about three ppl in line so they made a reservations for me. I get there checkin and it's 7:00 pm and ppl who have gotten here after me as WALKINS are being seen before us. I'm extremely upset with my child being sick and us having to wait so long to be seen . Their staff was more preoccupied with side conversations between one another. I will not be returning here. Not to mention that last time I was here we had to pay an ER CO PAY and their billing isn't accurate, I'll be calling my insurance company tomorrow read more
