Cons: Front desk rude, Doctor never there had to be seen by a nurse, the nurse had no experience with needles and was poking me a lot for a blood work I needed. Forgot to put alcohol, I had to tell her. Another person had to come in and help smh. Pros: No waiting time. read more

Nobody was in the waiting room, and it said "0 people in front," and yet we had to wait 1 hour to get vitals.

While the people were friendly, I was essentially told by either a PA, NP, or Physician (I don't know because he didn't introduce himself), that I couldn't be treated at the facility because 1. They didn't have any lidocaine, and 2. there was no X-ray personnel. The gentleman just stood away from me, arms crossed, and never even looked close enough to assess my injury. He even said something along the lines of not even wanting to treat me (much less try). He then suggested I go to a hospital ER or freestanding ER. My biggest frustration with this entire experience was that I was STILL charged a $60 copay, when essentially no health services nor procedures were rendered. I basically paid $60 to get my weight and vitals checked. Reading a couple of these reviews, I'm worried I'll be further billed for services not rendered. They did call me the next day to see how I was feeling; which I felt was a day late and a dollar short, when I had to go to another facility, and pay more money to have my problem taken care of. Long story short, unfortunately, I don't think I'll be going back. read more

I was having trouble getting an appointment with my regular physician and was seen by Dr. Saenz via a Telehealth visit. She took the time to listen to everything I had been going through. She was able to assist me until I could get in with my regular PCP. It made a world of difference having my situation evaluated by a doctor. I was so glad I didn't have to go to an ER and possibly expose myself to other illnesses. I would definitely recommend DOC-AID Urgent Care. read more

I walked into a Doc Aid clinic and was elated because there were no patients. I asked what my co-pay would be for a general checkup and to review a lab report and was told they needed to run my insurance card to confirm. A few minutes later they told me it would only be a $35 co-pay and they needed my credit card on file as "it's policy". I was then handed an iPad to digitally sign many forms that are difficult to read and if I read them all, would probably take all day to read. I was told there were only 10 signatures but in reality it was about 20 signatures. A few days later I received this email: "As a Blue Cross Insurance Member, you have accrued some uncovered expenses totaling 25.00.  As of October 15, DOC-AID is willing to waive your uncovered expenses i you simply click on the link below, redeem the coupon, and kindly write a review for us on Google or Yelp and Like Us on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.  Once completed, a zero balance will be emailed. If you choose not to waive your fee, please remit payment at your earliest convenience.  You can make payment using credit card, by clicking on the below link." When I called to inquire about the extra $25, I was told I had agreed to pay for any uncovered expenses on one of those digital forms I signed. I then asked a few people from my neighborhood (we live a few minutes from doc-Aid) if they have ever dealt with this clinic. Unsurprisingly, the ones that did had a negative experience with regards to billing and expenses incurred. It appears to me this is a shady business with a sneaky tactic to overcharge patients. Good and fast service!! I had a severe allergic reaction and they were quick to respond and help :) Highly recommend this place.

If want to be treated with professionalism and respect this is not the place for you. I came to this clinic pregnant and showing signs of a miscarriage. They were unable to tell me if I was having one or not (which is understandable), so they did some labs to confirm. I was told I would get results most likely in 24 hours but that it could take up to 5 days. They said they'd update the patient portal and call right away to explain the results. On the fourth day I started calling the clinic, several times a day to follow up. No one answered. I called again on the 5th and 6th days several times. No answer despite the clinic being open. On the 7th day they finally picked up the phone and said they got the results several days before and couldn't explain why no one called me or updated the portal. I asked to speak to management to provide feedback. I told management what happened and expressed that this was very unprofessional. The lady just said "okay" it was only after I told her that wasn't an appropriate response either that she apologized feebly. They knew I was going through an extremely difficult situation, anxiously waiting my results and yet clearly they have no compassion for their patients. Needless to say I won't be going here again. read more

Truly disappointed with the lack of professionalism with Doc-Aid office staff and staff manager. After experiencing a problem with my insurance , office manager Zelda made malicious accusations and comments about my visit via email. I was merely trying to clarify my insurance inactivity. Office manager was not even in the building but yet made malicious accusations and comments without knowing the facts! I frequently visited Doc-Aid with my kids but after this harsh and degrading treatment and insults my views have changed. I strongly HR to review the managers credentials.
