I made an appointment today at 1 for 2:30 because they told me they closed at 3:30. I arrived at 2:10 pm and the office was closed. I sent texts and got an automated response. I called another number they have for general questions, not for appointments, and a woman told me they closed at 2:30 pm today. I told her I made an appointment at 2:30, arrived early, it was closed. I stopped doing other things to be there, and she just said, do you want an appointment for Thursday?" Of course not. You can't even speak with a representative on the phone. That system is terrible and very inconvenient. Now I'll look for another place to go that offers the same services, but be organized and take responsibility.

It was not explained that those the small little circled numbers were the actual amounts that I would be charged after the initial $399. And I can't believe they can get away with charging you the most expensive membership even after the three months of GLP and not the regular monthly fee. I understand I signed a contract and am willing to pay the regular monthly maintenance fee but that's what they do. This is fraud. You know how you can be nervous when you sign up for something new especially a weight loss program with GLP involved. This manager is fast talking and telling you how great it's going to be so please pay attention and ask questions and don't sign anything until you are ready.
