Her adjustments and treatments didn't work. Spent few thousand dollars here, and got no results. When I had an accident, and the other insurance adjuster tried to have them filled out my medical report, they never sent it back despite numerous requests. A horrible horrible way to do business. I had my massage by Ryan (who did a great job) and I ended up purchasing a package they have for 5 more sessions. Doctor Liz is an incredible Doctor! Easily 5 stars! She really is one of the kindest people I've met in a while. She is super attentive and listens very well. Elizabeth Weidlich has treated me for more than a decade and took me from someone in pain with very limited range of motion in my neck to pain only rarely, when I don't follow her instructions. She's also treated both my hands for what came to be known as "Blackberry Thumb", which had almost crippled both my hands from overuse of small keyboards. I was in terrible pain after years of "thumbing" on them and she used both her chiropractic system and ultrasound treatments. Pain is a rarity now. Scam! I went in for there $19., 30 min massage and chiropractic assessment. First thing they ask for is your insurance. I told them Medicare and Blue Shield. She said "Oh no, we don' t take that." You can't have the special without insurance, It didn't say anything in their ad about having to have a particular insurance. She even looked it up and it didn't say anything about. They offered me a massage, and I was so disappointed and felt ripped off, I couldn't possibly relax enough for one. Who knows, if they were nice enough in the first place, I might have just paid without using insurance. To the staff, learn to ask patients questions and give all the information before you waste people's time. Be transparent. read more

Dr. Elizabeth is a caring and knowledgeable, which makes treatment so much better. She treats the whole person. She has advice for ailments that you'd never expect to get from a chiropractor. I have had two serious conditions taken care of, both of which caused me tremendous pain. Combining rehab exercises with changes to things like my pillow, my work chair, etc. with Vitality treatments both problems were taken care of. I waited for an hour while the receptionist checked to see if they took my insurance. After verifying they did, she squeezed me in that day. I went for a few weeks, each time paying a small co-pay, and not feeling any results. Dr. Elizabeth was very insistent that I come to her 3-4 times/week. After 3 weeks of rearranging work and everything else to get there and increased (not decreased) pain, I stopped going and then received a bill for nearly $1000. This is on top of all the other stuff they tried to sell me during each visit (powder for drinks that did this, something else that would fix that). Needless to say I do not recommend this practice and was not a happy patient. If this had been a physical product that I was paying $1000 for and was completely dissatisfied with I would have returned the product and not paid--unfortunately that doesn't work with this doctor. I wrote multiple letters detailing my dissatisfaction and never heard a word. read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible! I had a massage scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. Luckily I called that day to confirm my appointment only to find out it was canceled and nobody had called me. OK no big deal... So I reschedule the massage with Brian for a Friday at 2 PM, which was a time that works for him but not really for me and my schedule. I arrived at 1:30 and filled out paperwork. I then met with Dr. W (the female chiropractor). She asked me some questions about my history. I requested an adjustment (i've had several adjustments in my life) and she refused to give me a chiropractic adjustment. Meanwhile, she is texting back-and-forth with Brian the massage therapist, and he is supposedly running late. So I wait in the massage room as requested by the doctor for an hour and a half. I have informed them that I had to be at work that afternoon and I even called in late to work. By 3:30 PM Brian is pretty much a no-show and his next massage has arrived. She, the doctor, told me that his next appointment was there and that I needed to reschedule. I told her that I didn't care about his next appointment that I had been waiting for almost 2 hours that she needed to reschedule his next appointment. Bottom line this was the most unprofessional horrible experience I've had in a doctors office in many years.oh, and they have their 13-year-old son running the Front office. The Front office girl Lorraine was the only person that I had talked to there with any sense quit with no notice two days before my massage. I've worked for many medical doctors and I can't say that I blame her. read more

Two years ago i had a shoulder injury. The surgery restored function but left the pain and lack of mobility that began to include my neck. After landing in the ER for back pain I decided to consult chiropractor Elizabeth Weidlich in search for a durable cure. Little did I know that not only she is not qualified to administer pain relief whatsoever but she is also a scam artist at best. Her initial attempt to adjust me landed me on the floor and nearly broke my arm so we stopped doing adjustments. For the next 2 weeks she would use a machine she claimed to have spent half a million dollars on to administer some sort of clicking down my spinal cord for a total of 3 minutes which did not alter my condition in the least bit. Yet somehow she managed to interrupt this super quick and futile exercise almost every time I was there to tend to other patients. On some days she would suggest to turn the process over to her receptionist which I declined every time until it got way too busy due to intentional overbooking. Her primary goal which she spent 15 mins out of the 20 mins I was there every night seemed to convince me to prepay a total of $3500 for a 6-month commitment and save $1000 in the process. Her reasoning was that the initial cheap 2-week regimen for which I paid personally after she claimed she couldn't contact my insurance will not guarantee any major improvement compared to the extended 6-month program given the benefits of her mightier machines waiting in line, the extender, the adjuster and so forth. When I refused to pay and stopped going to her clinic she started mailing me bills for services that were never rendered even though my unsuccessful treatment was paid for in full. Recently she graduated to the new phase of threatening me with collection proceedings. I understand chiropractic is not an exact science but I've had some wonderful results in the past with other seemingly qualified chiropractors. So more than anything I feel this woman should be barred from practicing or at a minimum she should be investigated for fraud given her deceitful tactics, her billing practices, and most importantly her unsubstantiated ability to heal. read more
