I highly recommend Scott Davis Chiropractic, especially for pregnancy chiropractic care! During my third trimester, I had severe lower back pain and Scott was incredibly gentle, professional, and understanding. He is so knowledgeable about how pregnancy affects the body and really helped me find relief in a safe and supportive way. He also took the time to educate me so I could better understand what my body needed. I'm so grateful I found this practice. 5 stars & 100% recommend if you are looking for a chiropractor in Los Alamitos/Seal Beach/Rossmoor! read more

Really listens to your concerns, does great muscle work with your adjustments! Very easy to communicate with as well especially while he adjusts. read more

I had a great experience visiting Scott Davis Chiropractic, Ruby at the front desk was friendly and welcoming.

So far so good! I was in the market for a new chiro and Scott was patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the fact that any questions or suggestions I had he answered. He even asked if there was anything else I had concerns about. It seems there's some pt equipment and recommended stretches or exercises to put you in the success of living a more comfortable and healthy life. It's very clean and new in the practice. I think the whole plaza is either new or had a nice renovation. They offer water and it smells wonderful in the office. Very important suite 101 entrance is faced towards Katella so not towards the parking lot. read more

If you're looking for a chiropractor who actually listens--and I mean listens like he's taking notes for a final exam--then you need to go see Scott Davis. My daughter recommended him--even giving him a term of endearment name which fits him so well--I'm convinced she deserves a finder's fee because my husband and I have been singing his praises ever since. What I appreciate most is that he doesn't pretend he's the wizard behind the curtain. He makes it very clear: you are the author of your own wellness. Translation? If you do the work outside his four walls, your body will thank you. And let me tell you--he was right. I had both hips replaced (yes, both!), and between his knowledge, his magic hands, and the exercises he gave me, I was back to walking in two weeks and teaching aqua fitness in three. I'm not saying he performs miracles... but I'm also not not saying that. I had casually shared that I don't believe in paying someone forever for this kind of care. Either his listening skills that day were highly sharpened or he took one look at my schedule and decided empathy was the better business model. Either way, he never pressured me, and I appreciated that more than he knows. I've referred a lot of people to Scott, and every one of them has thanked me. So here it is--my long‑promised review: He's the real deal. He listens, he teaches, he empowers, and he genuinely cares. And yes... the man has magic hands. read more

Scott has been on speed dial since 2016 when I was referred to his office, and I've never had to look anywhere else! He's seen me through car accidents, sports injuries, and preventative tuneups alike. One thing I enjoy most is the time he takes to understand the underlying causes before he jumps into the adjustments. No matter how grumpy I've been when I hobbled in, he keeps it positive and has me laughing in spite of myself. Bonus points for the recommended exercises he prescribes and the follow up care he has provided along the way. Truth be told, I don't know where I'd be without him. read more

This chiropractors "stretching" rather than swift movement methods are fine, scheduling was easy enough. After a handful of visits we chose not to go back because of the method of tacking on extra charges and the response we got when we asked about them. "Would you like me to adjust the____" and if you reply "sure", he does not disclose that this 30 second adjustment is an additional double digit fee. When we got our bill and asked what the unexpected extra charges were, and stated that had we known that we would not have asked for the add-ons, he gave a flustered "you are taking the food off my childrens' table"! response. That's a quote. Our reason for going was because we had insurance and we expected a set charge when billed, not the various unexpected and undisclosed charges. A deceptive way of going about things in my opinion. We found someone new, quickly. read more

I've had ongoing lower back pain on and off since having my first baby almost 5 years ago. I've recently been referred to Scott and seen him a handful full of times now and I literally feel like a new person after I see him. He's really helped me get to the root cause of the pain and has given some great advice on how to help with strengthening and stretching at home to also help with my pain. He's super professional, easy to talk to, and really knows what he's doing. I seriously couldn't recommend him more!! read more

There is a reason Dr. Scott receives such high praise, satisfaction, and appreciation from his clients. Dr. Scott integrates evidence-based practice, authentic connection, effective treatment, and a compassionate heart to his clients everyday. It is easy to see Dr. Scott enjoys his work and strives to alleviate his patient's pain, mobility issues, and accompanying stress. He is incredibly patient-centered and it's clearly demonstrated with how he shows up for his clients. I was dealing with chronic lower back pain from a decade old injury and had visited a few different chiropractors. I was disappointed with the treatment and bed-side manner I was receiving until I was referred by a colleague to Dr. Scott's practice. Let me tell you, it was one of the best medical referrals I have ever received because Dr. Scott was able to see me immediately and we were able to get my pain to virtually zero within a couple weeks. I have flare-ups every so often and while the pain is unpleasant, being able to be in a comforting and trusting space makes the experiences so much easier. I have always left Dr. Scott's office feeling better not only physically but mentally and emotionally. It takes a special kind of practicioner to do that. I could not recommend Dr. Scott enough for his services and the amount of care he puts into his work. Thank you for all you do Scott, you're changing lives! read more

Scott is a skilled practitioner with a great personality. His receptionist Ruby is great too . Always helps us feel better.

This practice is like going to see a friend, not like going for treatment. Ruby running the front is completely awesome, friendly, smart and gets you in and out!!! The main attraction Scott is professional, knows what he is doing, yet treats like a buddy...and you can't put a price on that!!! I am currently his most frustrating case with a completely stuck Frozen Shoulder, but he is constantly working on new ways to get me fixed and it's become a fun adventure for us (painful for me, but fun for us :). read more

We all LOVE Scott. I have sent many friends to him over the years because I have never been to a better chiropractor. Between what has turned in to weekly appointments for me (who other than me and my ridiculousness could possibly get hurt knitting?? ) my boys every time they start feeling off, or my out of state daughter that will schedule appointments as soon as she knows flight information. Kid #1 is like me... easily injured and she cant find anyone that compares where she lives. Proximity to Scott would get her to move back home long before proximity to mom. Kid #2's first appointment, after adjusting him he was shown the exercises he could do that would keep him from needing to come back. Now instead of weekly appointments (like he had with our previous chiropractor) he comes in every few months. Kid #3 we almost have making his own appointments... I threw out the ability to schedule via text and Ruby has even offered to schedule over instagram dm... I mean... Wow!! Seriously accommodating to the teenage contingent read more

I've been seeing Scott for about 3 years now! I have previous shoulder injuries that left me with pins in my shoulder and work full time as a hairstylist. Scott has taken the time to help me maintain my spine health with regular neck and back adjustments. I was also in a car accident in February and was unable to bend forward to tie my shoes! After working with him for a few months I've back to full mobility and my regular heavy lifting workouts! He's by far the best chiropractor I've been to in the LA/OC area! read more

Amazing! Threw my back out and didn't want to go to the normal wack and crack chiro. A friend recommended Scott and I'm so glad I went to see him. He spent a lot of time stretching and working out the issues on my back and spent time showing me how to take care of myself at home! I will be a lifelong patient. Thanks Dr. Scott! read more

Scott is a caring, compassionate person who listens to his patients and creates a targeted approach to Chiropractic treatment. He is very thoughtful in his approaches to treatment and is not concerned or focused on selling a treatment package or fixed number of sessions. How refreshing! Ruby, at the front desk, is a gem! Always smiling and pleasant, she is also courteous and efficient. Scott and Ruby maintain excellent communication with their patients and each one feels important and valued. I trust Scott completely with my whole family! He's made such a improvement in our lives and I know he can help your family too! - Rachel Gooch read more

When I was younger my parents used to take me to the chiropractor. At the time I did not know what it was for nor did I care, however, as an adult now I totally see why it was important. I have been seen most of my adult life by chiropractors, I usually stick with one doctor until they move their practice or it is no longer effective for me to go there. Back in 2014, I was looking for a chiropractor that had an office closer to where I lived. The one that I was seeing was 45 minutes away, which was taxing on the body. I looked thru the YELP reviews and noticed that McMullin Chiropractic was in Los Alamitos and that it was a small practice. I made a appointment and brought my entire file with x-rays with me. I met with Dr. McMullin and I got a positive vibe from him. About two years later Dr. McMullin sold his practice to Dr. Scott. I was skeptical at first and was going to find another chiropractor. But I am so glad that I didn't and that I decided to stay put. The chiropractic manipulation has been way better. I put a lot of wear and tear on my lower back and neck and Dr. Scott seems to get it back in line every time that I make an appointment. If your looking for a Chiropractor then look no further, you have found Dr. Scott Davis. read more

If only Dr. Davis could attend to all of my medical needs! I came to Scott when I hit a plateau with physical therapy after rotator cuff surgery. His treatment dramatically improved the quality of my daily life, bringing about results no other practitioner has. In every way, it is clear that Dr. Davis is incredibly committed to his craft and brings excellence to everything he does. Most importantly, this is just a fantastic human being. While Dr. Davis is always professional, he also provides an experience that makes you know he genuinely cares about you as a person and does it in an often hilarious way. I never leave without also having a good laugh. I sometimes wonder if that's what is most healing! Seriously though, Dr. Davis is the best listener I have ever encountered in a medical setting. With most of my other medical providers, I often feel as if the only thing they might remember is what was documented in their notes - if they actually review them. Dr. Davis consistently demonstrates that he cares about knowing who you are and what you need so that he can provide the best solutions for your health. All along the way, he makes the entire interaction comfortable - even when he is cracking your neck! He certainly is the only doctor I have that makes the visit fun. As with the exceptional healthcare he provides, it is clear that Scott is also committed to managing the business side of his practice with excellence by having high quality front office operations. Ruby is very friendly, efficient and clearly cares about doing good work. This is one of the few offices I visit where I have never had a problem with scheduling or billing. No matter how amazing a practitioner may be, if their staff is unpleasant or inefficient, its hard to feel good about going back. With Davis Chiropractic, every aspect is extraordinary. I have (without reservation) referred many friends and family members. All who have been seen by Scott have echoed my sentiment. Thank you, Dr. Davis, for caring about your patients the way you do. read more

Dr. D is the man!!! He cracks me up....and I'm not talking about him telling jokes! I'm in there at least once a week!

If you're looking for a chiropractor, look no more, Scott is your guy! I have been dealing with major lower back pain for years and I've gone through so many different chiropractors. Dr. Scott is amazing. Great chiropractor. I went to see him for my car accident and he was great. I really enjoyed seeing him and my injuries only improved. I'm now back to normal! Plus he's super nice, it's enjoyable just to get to spend time chatting with him. Professional and kind. As a woman, I don't prefer to see male doctors. I went to see Dr. Scott to check it out and I always felt safe and like he had great professional boundaries. read more

I came to see Scott Davis Chiropractic at a time where I had never experienced such a great deal of severe debilitating back pain in my entire life. A true 10/10 pain limiting, life limiting pain. Thanks to Scott's highly educated and skilled techniques, compassionate dedication to truly seeking pain relief and results in his patients, Scott helped me from 10/10 to 0/10 pain free and back to work. He delivered when no one else could, for that he's earned my trust, my gratitude and my recommendation! :) Truly a great practitioner, with multi faceted, modern approaches to fixing a whole range of musculoskeletal issues. Scott is absolutely amazing at his job. He really cares about every single one of his patients. He takes his time to figure out exactly what could be wrong with you and will not stop until you feel 100% better. I can finally function again!!!I I also suffer from upper back and neck issues and with the help of regular maintenance from Scott, I feel SO much better!! Also when I was pregnant, he really helped me with my lower back issues and made my pregnancy bearable! Scott is amazing and I guarantee that you won't be disappointed!!! read more

Consistency matters when you want to live a healthy life, and Dr. Davis will lead you to feeling aligned. In the past I used to see Scott, and just like most of us I got busy with life and neglected the important stuff and just a casual adjustment. It's definitely been over a year since our last appointment and my posture showed. Dr. Davis went straight to business and accessed my problem areas. And knowingly being a process, I couldn't be more relieved to have someone as hands on and knowledgeable as Dr. Davis! read more

A good friend referred me to Scott and I'm so happy he did! I had been having these weird dizzy spells that even my general doctor and neurologist couldn't diagnose. I wanted to try one last avenue so I started coming to see Scott (plus my back and neck are always messed up so I figured it couldn't hurt!) 5 months later and I'm so glad I did. My dizzy spells are practically an afterthought, my back feels great, and I couldn't be happier. Scott also truly cares about his patients and takes the time to do the research to help each person out based on what their symptoms are. It's refreshing to meet a young doctor who has the passion to truly help their patients. read more

Dr. Davis is amazing. Right from the start I could tell he honestly cared about me. He explained himself throughout the session which was cool because he told me why he was doing what he was doing. I went in with a lot of neck and lower back pain. After the adjustments I felt like a new man. He also gave me some practical exercises and stretches that I can do on a daily basis to help with back/neck maintenance. His office is easily accessible right off of Katella in Los Alamitos, very clean and modern looking. I could tell someone helped with the interior decorating. I highly recommend Dr. Davis to anyone looking for a Chiropractor! read more

Dr Davis is a great chiropractor. To me his key strength besides friendliness is his patience to figure out what treatment you require. I have been to many diff doctors where they went straight to adjustments after barely hearing my ailments. I enjoyed his treatment and look forward to more visits to help with my back/muscular problems. Dr Davis also does a great job by giving you stretches and strength work to do at home between visits. Thanks for the help and making me feel better. Jason Tighe read more

I don't believe in chiropractors! That's what I used to tell my husband until he convinced me one day to give Dr. Davis a try. I was pregnant and in pain. Scott relieved my back pain after one treatment and all my skepticism and belief that all chiropractors were the same went out the window. My son is now a year and a half old. Whenever I'm in pain from chasing and carrying a toddler around all day, I go to the one place and person I know can fix me--Scott Davis Chiropractic. Can't thank him enough! read more

I had rotator cuff surgery in January, 2016 and never quite recovered. After trying PT, acupuncture, narcotics, massage, cupping, a pain management doctor, you name it, I went to see Dr. Davis. That was in March, 2017 and in my first visit he asked me what my goal for therapy was. I told him I wanted to be pain free or at least well enough to go to Greece. Well I have 95% mobility, am mostly pain free and I'm leaving for Greece in 10 days. I owe it all to Dr. Davis. He cares about his patients as he's caring for his patients. Thanks Doc! read more

Dr. Davis is the best!!! I have had mediocre to terrible experiences with chiropractors in the past but Scott turned it around for me. He is by far the most knowledgeable and thorough Dr. I've had. I love that Scott will always take the time to really explain his diagnosis and treatment plan to me as I have always been a person who asks a ton of questions of doctors. He truly cares about his patients and its clear that his only priority is to get you healthy rather than keep you coming in. Scott even gave up his own time to consult with me on a non-chiropractic health issue and I couldn't be more thankful. I highly highly recommend Dr. Davis to all my friends and to Yelp world!!! read more

I have been struggling with pain from back and shoulder injuries for what seems like forever. I suffered a minor rotator cuff tear a few years ago and it recently had begun to bother me again during workouts. I didn't want to give up lifting but I also hoped to avoid surgery, cortisone or 50 NSAIDs a day. Willing to try something different, a college friend suggested that I make an appointment with Scott. Having gone to several chiropractors before, I expected to get an adjustment and be sent on my way; this was definitely not the case. Scott wanted to know all about old injuries, the kind of workouts I had been doing, examined my posture, did strength and flexibility tests and found that I have been rounding my shoulders due to injury and too much focus on chest/shoulder workouts. In our sessions, Scott did some deep tissue techniques on my pectoralis minor (painful, but in a good way!), gave me a stretching regimen, and helped me refocus my workouts to correct my imbalances. I've eased back on some of my workout, but in 4 weeks the pain is nearly gone. Scott's practice is focused on making you better, not on finding a quick fix. Highly recommended, especially for those with nagging pain and injuries or someone looking for a chiropractor with lots of knowledge about sports medicine. read more

Have been seeing chiropractors for about 10 years and it takes a special touch to get my back to adjust. Dr Davis has the touch necessary to get it to adjust, recommends exercises that may be helpful. He is concerned about the patient's overall condition which is appreciated. read more

Scott Davis is the BEST chiropractor I have ever seen! I had spinal canal/cord issues in my neck that put me in the most extreme pain of my life where I actually lost the feeling in my left hand almost completely. It was recommended that I see a neurosurgeon if medication and chiropractic therapy didn't improve my symptoms. The medication my family practitioner gave me was almost a joke. Mr. Davis is extremely bright, patient, honest and personable. It was clear from the beginning that he was not simply eager to add yet another patient to his practice. He honestly cared about improving my condition. He read my MRI results and explained way more to me than my family practitioner ever did about my condition. Mr. Davis worked with me for about two months and after the first few sessions I had significant relief and improvement. He was extremely informative and knowledgable about my condition and provided me with additional stretching techniques I could perform at work/home to assist in my recovery. By the end of the first month I had regained most of the feeling in my hand. By the end of the second month I was 100% back to normal. I was hurt and freaked out and Mr. Davis just fixed it. I have seen my share of chiropractors and I could never say that about any of them. I can't imagine my luck in finding him. I might have ended up with any ole chiropractor resulting in the ominous neurosurgery! He is definitely my chiropractor for life! read more
