Leo greets you with a smile every time and is always so nice and funny! Also, Leticia (hope I spelled her name correctly) is another gem! She is truly a great person and you can tell she cares about her patients. I don't know what we would do if we didn't have these awesome people!! Also, you don't have to wait 5 hours to see someone! The many times I've been there, I have never waited more than 40 minutes tops to be taken back to an exam room. Even that is not typical though. It's usually around 10 or 15 minutes before they take you back and get your vitals. Everyone there treats us so well that I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Morning Star Urgent Care!

Last year, I was dealing with stress poorly. My job was getting busy, I was getting stressed, and as a result, I was getting sick, grumpy, and easily frustrated. I began health coaching in October 2017. Coach Gwen laid out easy, practical steps to take one day at a time to breathe, think, and manage my stress level. At first, it seemed pointless, nothing was really working. But then, after a few weeks, I noticed I was actually less stressed. The simple steps were actually having a bigger effect. That's when I fully committed. Each week through the 12-week program, Coach Gwen guided me along with steps grounded in science, practical studies, and genuine care. By the end of the 12-weeks, I felt stress-free. While I still had my job and my obligations, I was able to handle them without stressing or panicking. I'm certainly on the walk to health and happiness. Thanks, Coach Gwen, and kudos to Footprints to Health and Happiness! If you're dealing with stress, give this lady a call!
