Will suffer thru withdrawal, but will NEVER set foot in this office again. Will continue to spread the word about the incompetence here. Provider does not even have a patient portal, ability to communicate via email and most days fax doesn't work. Good luck if you're looking for decent care here. You won't find it.

Leo greets you with a smile every time and is always so nice and funny! Also, Leticia (hope I spelled her name correctly) is another gem! She is truly a great person and you can tell she cares about her patients. I don't know what we would do if we didn't have these awesome people!! Also, you don't have to wait 5 hours to see someone! The many times I've been there, I have never waited more than 40 minutes tops to be taken back to an exam room. Even that is not typical though. It's usually around 10 or 15 minutes before they take you back and get your vitals. Everyone there treats us so well that I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Morning Star Urgent Care!

Fo' real kine- Dr. Neilson got me in the same morning that I called. Receptionists were all friendly and pleasant. The Doc was so cool. Fixed my broken molar in less than 15 minutes. The office is extremely clean. I constantly observed them sterilizing. The next week I scheduled a routine cleaning. Chad, the dental hygienist, was extremely thorough and exceptionally skilled. My boyfriend and i were traveling from Eagle Colorado to Seattle WA. Prior to leaving on our toad…read moretrip, my bf picked me up out of excitement for our first road trip together. In doing so he felt a sudden pop in his back. For the next 8 hours from Eagle CO to Elko NV he was experiencing excruciating back pain. By the time we got to Elko he asked me to find a chiropractor. I googled local Chiropractors and Sherwood Chiropractic was the second one on the list that i called. It was 4pm on a Monday and most the local Chiropractors closed at 5pm. The first one was not able to get him in. When i called Sherwood and told them about my BFs situation they said come on in. We arrived at 4:30, filled out paperwork and went back to see Doctor Sherwood who quickly assessed my BF and knew what was wrong with him. He had three dislocated ribs. Doctor Sherwood adjusted him three times, with three different positions and he got all three back into place. He then gave him ultrasound therapy, electric pulse therapy, then a cold ice massage to reduce swellings from the process. By this time it was 5:30. He and His staff not only took excellent care of him, they stayed late to do so, knowing full well we would likely not be a returning client since we were literally traveling through town. The next morning my bf was only a little sore from the adjusted but otherwise felt great again! We are extremely grateful for the care, skill and attention Dr. Sherwood and his staff provided to him. Not only do they exemplify tremendous skill and knowledge, they truly care about their patients. We highly recommend them as the best choice in town!
