She is gentle, thorough and so accommodating! For some ladies, laser treatments can be a little more uncomfortable when it's that time of the month. Melissa will reschedule your appointment for you. She will also apply the proper laser setting based on your level of comfort as well as how far along you are in your treatments. I have seen a reduction in underarm hair since I started my treatments. Next I am working on brazilian. I also just saw Mary Ann today for a facial. She is new to the OWM team but has lots of experience. It was amazing! Very attentive, does extractions, and massaged while the peel and gel mask was sitting. I have also tried their yoga wall in the past (once), and I enjoyed it. I'd like to try it again but it is a little pricy for a session. Another issue with this location is the room I was in was right next to the receptionist so I heard every conversation and phone call which was a little annoying. There weren't many customers so it didn't happen often. Overall, I would still come back here. Sarah gives the best massages and pays close attention to my sore areas. It was a vulnerable experience but it felt good and I was proud of myself for sharing the space and time and of my body for responding.
