Beware: Keep all valuables and belongings in your sight at all times!!! This review has nothing to…read moredo with the staff other than the supervisor, Marie, and the idiot technician who thought it would be a smart idea to steal a patient's phone and connect it to the Wi-Fi at their other medical clinic job to attempt putting my phone into recovery mode, which all it did was make it easy for me to put two&two together and find my phone again. My iPhone was stolen during an ultrasound test that I had. Before even leaving the waiting room after my appointment, I noticed that I could not find my phone. I went to look everywhere in the rooms to see if I accidentally left it somewhere but could not find it. I had multiple people try to call my phone but it had already been turned off. The next morning I checked the FindMy app and noticed that my phone had pinged back to the medical building all night and the following day which made me believe someone who works there stole it. I went in myself to look for my phone which was saying it was 0 meters away every time I happened to walk past the staff lunch room. The receptionist from the X-ray lab, the medical office and the chiropractor office, as well as a couple of doctors, all assisted in helping to look for my phone (they went above and beyond for me). I asked to speak with the supervisor of the X-ray clinic as I wanted to be able to see the cameras of who walked out of the waiting room during my appointment. The supervisor, Marie, at first stated that she had reviewed the cameras and did not see anything out of the norm and that I could come in and see it with her the following day. I went in to meet with her to only have her walk me around the entire medical building wasting my time talking to the receptionists and to the manager of the medical center restating my story and avoiding to show any footage. She then quickly left as she had 'somewhere to be' and stated that her camera app was not working. I was leaving for vacation the next day and told her that I would like the video surveillance when I returned which she agreed. When I returned from vacation and called to speak to Marie, I was given a call by a random man who claimed to be in charge of the camera system and stated that the cameras were only live feed and could not be reviewed (made absolutely no sense to me). I decided to go in again and speak to Marie. She appeared to want nothing to do with me and stated that she did not know what to tell me and did not understand how my missing phone was pinging back to the medical building and that it was impossible that one of her employees could have done such a thing, and then proceeded to waste my time again and take me to the pharmacy to talk to the manager (again made absolutely no sense as I never stepped into the pharmacy and wasn't sure how he would help). I told Marie that while on vacation, I was able to track my phone and noticed it was traveling back and forth from a residential area to another medical center on several occasions. This confirmed my suspicion about a worker taking my phone. Lone behold, after tracking it for a week, I found my phone. Initially, I attempted to call the police to seek guidance on what to do as I had sufficient evidence and live location of my stolen phone but unfortunately they felt that they did not have cause to further pursuit this matter. My boyfriend had to take matters into his own hands where he had to approach this technician and intimidate him into giving the phone back, knowing that he had it and was lying about it; eventually he gave it back and stated that "he found it and didn't know what to do with it and that no one was looking for the phone". This is a joke. He purposely took the phone during my 20 minute appointment, turned it off right away so that I could not call it and find it and removed my SIM card. Not only that, when I had my phone returned, it was in recovery mode and had been connected to the different Wi-Fi's which allowed me to track my phone. It is disgusting that a technician (who works at both locations including Medscan) someone who works in a place that we should trust, who has a medical degree, would be stealing things from patients. The entire time, I had a suspicion about this specific person and eventually got my phone back with the help of my boyfriend. The management of the X-ray and ultrasound lab is corrupted and made me feel very uneasy about this whole situation and tried to make me feel like I was insane. Ironically, after I returned from my trip, there was now a new manager who was now responsible for dealing with my case as obviously, Marie no longer wanted to deal with it. I have called to inform this new manager, of the person who had stolen my phone but Marie has yet to make any effort to contact me or follow up. This post has nothing to do with the staff in the X-ray and ultrasound lab other than the person who stole my phone and the supervisor Marie. Disgrace.

If it was possible to give a lower rating or even a negative rating I would prefer giving that…read more First time I booked appointment, the location was super confusing, the name Med-Scan doesn't appear anywhere in the complex. When i went in to the one sonogram center, they said it is infact Medscan but the sonogram doesn't happen at that center and to give me the right location it took them 10 mins. Secondly even though hours of operation shows till 7:30 pm, during booking they said they only operate till 3. Once I reached the correct location and told them you should get the banner right, they just shrugged and said , it is what it is. The second time the experience was even worse. I booked an appointment, and on the day of the appointment they said , hey we don't have time for you. When I said it is so unprofessional, if you don't have an opening why did you give me a timeslot. The receptionist just disconnected. 10 mins later she called and said ok, we can accommodate but you have to wait ( if it was walk-in why waste my time booking appointment, i thought appointments were done to reduce wait time). When i objected, she said hey we are "being nice and helpful" . The folks at this center definitely need to learn what customer service is.

Fabulous first-time experience at this spa!…read more I have been getting facials since I was a teenager, and I'm very selective about where I go. I rarely wear makeup, so I like to keep my face clear and healthy. I saw a Groupon for an advanced oxygen facial, and after several inquiries and research, I booked it. The medical clinic for procedures is on the first floor, and I actually went there first. The facial/spa treatments are actually on the upper level. The spa is very clean, modern, and serene. I booked with Viktorija, even though she is younger, but a very experienced esthetician. I'm very sensitive to perfume, so the only product that bothered me was the gel used in combination with the machine operated microdermabrasion. Every other product was fragrance-free. I have only had manual facials, so a machine-operated one was very different, and Vikorija informed me the machines they use are from Germany, as well as other countries, and are very advanced. The facial included exfoliation, infusion, oxygenate, anti-aging, and C02 bubbles, which send oxygen-rich blood to the area. I felt some moderate tingling and heat, but it was bearable. Blackhead extractions were not included, but Viktorija was kind enough to include it, even though the treatment went over the 1-hour mark. If you have never had extractions, I will tell you this, it - is - painful! I have a very high tolerance for pain, but could not wait for it to be over! I have small pores, so if you have large pores, it won't be so bad! My nose was red for the day but calmed down by morning. My face was glowing, and I could immediately see the results. The facials are very pricey (regular price $200 +), but worth it. I would go again, but personally, only with a Groupon.
