Established in 2023.
Our Leander clinic opened in 2023 under the name True Test, with the goal of providing a more personalized, in-person approach to men’s and women’s health. From day one, our focus has been on comprehensive care, meaningful provider relationships, and helping patients understand their health—not just treat symptoms.
As our services expanded and our vision evolved, True Test was rebranded to Vital Society to better reflect who we are today. While the name has changed, everything our patients value remains the same: the same ownership, the same medical team, and the same commitment to high-quality, individualized care.
Today, Vital Society operates from the same Leander location, offering hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV vitamin infusions, and vitamin & mineral enhancement. We’re proud to continue serving the Leander and Liberty Hill communities and to set the standard for modern, in-person wellness care.
Meet the Business Owner: Tyler P.
I’ve spent most of my career in the health, wellness, and performance space, working closely with individuals who wanted more from their healthcare than quick visits and surface-level answers. Over time, it became clear that many people felt frustrated by a system that didn’t prioritize education, personalization, or long-term outcomes.
That frustration is what inspired me to help open our Leander clinic in 2023, originally known as True Test. The goal was simple: create a brick-and-mortar clinic where patients could receive thoughtful, in-person care backed by data, time, and real provider relationships.
As the clinic grew, our services expanded beyond our original scope, and the name Vital Society was born to reflect our broader vision. While the name has changed, our purpose has not. I remain closely involved in day-to-day operations and the patient experience, ensuring our clinic delivers the level of care modern healthcare should provide.
