I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express some discomfort regarding a recent situation with my package purchase. I purchased a promotional package for two, which included an exfoliation treatment. However, I mistakenly assumed that the exfoliation would be provided for both individuals included in the package.
When I called to make the appointment, I was surprised to find that only one version of the exfoliation was added to my package. I realize now that I did not emphasize that there should be two treatments, but given that the package was clearly for two, it seemed like a reasonable assumption.
During the conversation, the representative offered to add a regular price for the second treatment, but this was not a matter of money for me. My expectation was that, if I was purchasing a promotion for two, the exfoliation would automatically cover both of us. It would have been a simple addition, and I felt that my concerns were not met with the empathy I was hoping for.
I have been in this location before, and while not every experience has been perfect, they have generally gone smoothly enough for me to return. However, after this interaction, I am reconsidering my plans to come back. In fact I will not come back. The representative was rude her tone was very unfriendly and unprofessional, she repeat herself several times cutting me off " do you want the appointment and cancel" more than obvious no appreciation for guest or returning guests. when I ask for a manager she mention there no one above her. Again with a rude tone.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so that both individuals can receive the exfoliation treatment as intended. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your prompt response.
