Expected top notch product though and it didn't happen. Picked up an in-ear monitor, got it home (a couple hours before a gig) and the ear pieces were loaded with dirt, ear wax, and hair. Response from the company was 'there should be some extra pieces in the case' or 'clean them yourself with some alcohol'. Sorry, I was under the impression that I would be provided with a unit ready to use, in healthy and safe condition. Didn't realize I would have to do the job that they pay someone else to do already. Turned out the earbud covers were not simple to replace, so I ended up taking my time to thoroughly clean them. Sounds minor, but first impressions are critical, and when I've got 100 things to do to get ready for a show, last thing I need is a last minute snag, especially driving 40 minutes each way to pick up and drop off the unit.
