Sorry, I was under the impression that I would be provided with a unit ready to use, in healthy and safe condition. Didn't realize I would have to do the job that they pay someone else to do already. Turned out the earbud covers were not simple to replace, so I ended up taking my time to thoroughly clean them. Sounds minor, but first impressions are critical, and when I've got 100 things to do to get ready for a show, last thing I need is a last minute snag, especially driving 40 minutes each way to pick up and drop off the unit.
