Sustainability, essentially zero environmental impact, UV inks (plus another layer to help with UV/vandalism prevention), and full recyclability are paramount to us. Also, since this was to be an exterior installation, he told me which direction was best to face these signs (N or E, rather than the current S for all the old ones!) His quote came in about $200 less than the company we've used in the past. I had three sets of previous PDFs that I had to use, which turned out to have several small mistakes with the potential for large negative consequences. Gordon helped me get the PDFs uploaded. And Theresa and I spent time going over each proof one at time to get everything "right". After a few glitches and a steep learning curve, the signs came out perfectly marked and corrected. I don't have any pics, yet. Staff is getting ready to install the signs.

They are terrific (and what a pleasure to get to write a glowing review instead of a flame)! Not only did they print my scores according to my specifications, but the quality of the work was superb. Co-owner Steve gave me a tour of their extensive facilities, and they can print literally anything! Most of the staff has been there for over 20 years, which is a huge vote of confidence. Another project I discussed with Steve was their ability to print softcover books for me. I don't like to keep inventory, and most printers want to make a killing on small quantity jobs where they want to charge me MORE than what I can sell them for retail, which is an obvious non-starter. PCP can do small runs where I can make a reasonable margin, and it is great to find this kind of capability in a local firm - I usually have to find someone out of state. I must say this design he came back with was not anywhere the quality we were looking for, super basic, it obviously appeared not much thought and time went into this. If your company is looking for great graphic and layout design for your website, it might be a better idea to go to another agency that specializes in Website Creative Design because this was not worth the price or results they are charging by far. After having a conversation with Tim, we both agreed to that this was not a good fit and that he would issue a refund. Great we both lost time but lets move on is what I thought. What Tim and Deckard and Company forgot to mention to me after waiting for our refund check, was that Deckard Company was withholding $400 for his time! I have since contracted with a new website design agency and they have done a fantastic job from start to finish. Also our new design agency stated that Deckard & Company was wrong to recommend that we purchase a new hosting account for our new website instead of using our existing website hosting account that we already owned to host to host both sites, we spent/lost another $230.00 on top of the $400, on a new host we really didn't need to purchase from Deckard and company recommendation, also we lost 3 weeks of our time. I believe that Deckard & Associates believes that their time is more valuable than ours. Beware!!! This is not high end marketing creative company by any means as they portray to be.
