Best team to work with, Peter, Gordon and Theresa! As the contact person for a small nonprofit, I…read morecame into an ongoing project with 18 different signs needed. Peter spent time on the phone patiently explaining the options for us. Sustainability, essentially zero environmental impact, UV inks (plus another layer to help with UV/vandalism prevention), and full recyclability are paramount to us. Also, since this was to be an exterior installation, he told me which direction was best to face these signs (N or E, rather than the current S for all the old ones!) His quote came in about $200 less than the company we've used in the past. I had three sets of previous PDFs that I had to use, which turned out to have several small mistakes with the potential for large negative consequences. Gordon helped me get the PDFs uploaded. And Theresa and I spent time going over each proof one at time to get everything "right". After a few glitches and a steep learning curve, the signs came out perfectly marked and corrected. I don't have any pics, yet. Staff is getting ready to install the signs.

I even had signs made prior to this with them. I received single sided signs with no holes! Who does that? They will go in the trash because they will not make it right with me. They charged MORE for them than any other sign company and I have to pitch them! NOT OK!!!!!

As of posting this review this business is on 180 Rich St in Venice…read more Working here is the verbal equivalent of getting treated like a Boston Dynamics robot. There's a high turnover rate here for a reason. Stay away from people who come to work to nag every day, complains about almost every client interaction, plays the blame game with you, and gossips to no end. Look at Scott Berger's review in google maps, the response the owner made to it is unprofessional and embarrassing behavior for a boss, you can see his level of maturity there. The excuse is always "I'm just saying," well maybe don't scream and talk down to people if you're just saying something? This belief that people have to be a b hole to be a good boss is archaic. The thing is, people don't leave jobs, they leave bad management.

These guys are the real deal!…read more I needed to have some musical scores printed, and I went through three other printers who were unable to do the job until I found this company. They are terrific (and what a pleasure to get to write a glowing review instead of a flame)! Not only did they print my scores according to my specifications, but the quality of the work was superb. Co-owner Steve gave me a tour of their extensive facilities, and they can print literally anything! Most of the staff has been there for over 20 years, which is a huge vote of confidence. Another project I discussed with Steve was their ability to print softcover books for me. I don't like to keep inventory, and most printers want to make a killing on small quantity jobs where they want to charge me MORE than what I can sell them for retail, which is an obvious non-starter. PCP can do small runs where I can make a reasonable margin, and it is great to find this kind of capability in a local firm - I usually have to find someone out of state. Check out the photos of my scores - absolutely beautiful work at fair market rates.
