I initially heard about Dr Nicole through my neighbor and decided to "like" her Facebook page just…read moreto get a feel for what kind of adjustments she performs. My husband uses a different chiropractor for his shoulder injury, but I was looking for someone who works with post-pregnant bodies as I'm having pelvic issues from delivery. Wellllll, I have struck gold! Dr Nicole is certified in using the Webster Technique which aligns the pelvis (perfect for prenatal adjustments!). I knew we would vibe after speaking to her on the phone to set up my first adjustment which also included a massage, hooray!! Her office is next to All Star Dance, down at the end on the left side. Plenty of places to park, but go around to the back if needed. My appointment started off with Kourtney's wonderful shoulder and lower back/hip massage. Then Dr Nicole discussed problems areas and why I was seeking a chiropractic solution. She was thorough and I got some super good cracks out me, haha! I look forward to my next appointment and recommend you give her a call :)

I just love her!" He has never said that about a doctor before! So I went for my first visit and feel the same! We each go twice a month to keep in tip top shape. She talks during her procedures to tell us what she is doing and why. She takes the time to get to know us. She shares her experiences and family stories with us so we feel like we have a great new friend. You just have to meet her to see what I mean! Make your appointment right now!

The…read morenurses and physicians are all experienced and good at patient care, but the administration is absolutely awful. The check in procedure is terrible and completely inefficient. Both times I've been seen my appointments started over an hour late. This time, I checked in online the day prior to my appointment, yet I still had to wait in a 30 minute line just to let the clinic know I was present, and my appointment still started over an hour late. NTACHC constantly seems to be short staffed. I wanted to give them another shot, simply because the care is good and I support NTACHC's mission, but I will not be coming again in the future.

If you are looking for a job in healthcare, do not come here…read more If you are looking for great, unbiased care, do NOT come here. If you are not a white cisgendered male or a cisgendered Hispanic woman, do NOT come here. Very racist, elitist, and classist undertones. Do NOT come here, if you do not wish to be medically gaslighted, racially profiled, treated like a medical experiment (except if you are one of the demographics mentioned above). They are horribly staffed, horribly trained, not adequately stocked, and very biased. It is a very cult-like culture, where older staff can abandon trainees to room patients (after they've waited an hour +, without any updates or communication from staff). I was advised that if I complained about the lack of assistance, or the unnecessarily long wait times, I myself could be written up. The doctors are very condescending to staff (talking AT ME like I am dumb) and absolutely to patients, especially if there is a language barrier. If you are African American (or of African descent), expect no interaction or any patient education from the staff. Not even eye contact. You will be handed your fee ticket and very coldly told to go check out. Then they will chat about your visit and health status to anyone who works there. Even African American staff is mistreated. UNLESS you are able to speak Spanish, you will be talking to yourself. This place has a reputation for walking people out within days of employment, however the staff that are still employed are UNPROFESSIONAL, unknowledgeable, biased, and will not help do a thing to improve the clinic flow!!! I walked on eggshells daily, and was gaslighted by others who were less experienced than me. They need the help in a major way, but they refuse to employ anyone who does not meet the aesthetic they wish to attract at any facility. As a woman of color, EACH time I walked into the Northside clinic, it was as if everyone in the building had seen a ghost! I was stared at from the time I walked in the doors, until I made it back to my car. It was until I spoke Spanish that the strange treatment stopped. The whispering stopped. There are genuinely nice people there, but they are talked about as well. Management talks about each other, and staff talks about other staff- in the presence of management. The nursing staff speaks badly on the patients, who sometimes don't have any other care outside of NTACHC. The medical assistants brag about not switching out needles when they draw\administer meds in a syringe. So they jab the patients and cause pain, with minimal to no explanation, and it's been acceptable. Expired testing supplies sit in the cabinets being used with the current materials. The baseboards all collect dust, and staff is not taught to clean the rooms correctly, especially with the Covid numbers increasing. The gynecologist at Southeast tests vaginal fluids under a microscope with no gloves on his hands, and has a predatory spirit. He basically does whatever he pleases, and they ask the staff to accommodate him, because he is one of the few willing to work there. Patients are waiting MONTHS to receive their lab results and further instructions-unless they are critical labs. That is not good at all. They test the patients for Covid with NO PPE to protect themselves. Just gloves and a mask, if that. They make the patients wait for long periods of time in their cars, if they came for Covid testing. I have observed staff watch the screen/schedule for patients and refuse to help, unless it was for their own provider. It is like a silent standoff between staff until someone from up front comes back to notify them about the patient still waiting. They offer the patients no apology or appreciation for the wait, when they could have chosen to go somewhere else. Bu they have a rapport with the clinic. For a place that prides itself in holding up a standard, those standards are clearly doubled. What is good for the goose is definitely NOT good for the gander. It shows. Upper management gossips about employees to their favorites. Bad news travels fast through a small company, & a blind eye is always turned to the things that would be a big deal if they were operated by JCAHO. Higher management is too involved in lower management matters to STILL not have better resolutions in place for staff to remain employed there. If you have a concern, in most cases, it is met with disdain, lack of interest, and generic responses. They do not care at all. It shows on their faces, and their responses are almost ALWAYS biased. After work, I went to a public place in my uniform on. A young lady saw me and asked me about my experience there. She, as well as many more shared my same experience. She warned me beforehand, but I wanted to stick it out because I know they needed the help. Earlier, I had read more of the horrible reviews, and was shocked at how many of them are still the same issues years later. It was confirmation. Sad.
