Instead of helping resolve issues, she came across as defensive, disrespectful, and completely unwilling to take accountability. What made matters worse was her apparent lack of understanding of their own billing system. Dates, times, and amounts owed were repeatedly exaggerated or inconsistent, and our account was overcharged with no clear explanation and no supporting documentation provided. When questioned, there were no answers, no transparency, and no effort to correct the situation professionally, instead she hung up on me. Patients should not have to argue just to get accurate billing information or basic respect. I am still waiting for someone in upper management to return my calls and address these concerns, which only adds to the frustration and speaks volumes about how this office handles customer complaints. I would strongly encourage others to carefully review every charge and document every interaction if dealing with this office.

(And you can too, trust me. Go see him.) And no, this is not a sponsored review. This is a review from a self-proclaimed massive dental weenie. He took his time, took X-rays, did pulp testing, carefully examined everything, and answered every question without rushing me. He found no evidence of a cracked crown and, because the need for a root canal was unclear, recommended the conservative approach: evaluation by an endodontist before doing anything irreversible. Imagine thoroughly investigating a problem before attacking a tooth. Revolutionary! He was incredibly kind, patient, reassuring, and everything a nervous dental weenie needs. His tech was equally phenomenal. They even referred me to two endodontists because he wasn't sure which accepted my insurance. The practice is owned by Dr. Nelson and his wife, the entire team is wonderful, and there are TWO office dogs. Honestly, they had me at dogs, but the exceptional care sealed it. I walked in anxious and left informed, reassured, and completely confident I had found my new dentist. Ten stars!

My husband called to reschedule (not cancel) his appointment after waking up ill, gave them the soonest notice possible. They said there will be a $50 cancellation fee. He stated he assumed they didn't want him coming in & spreading illness, but they said the fee was unable to be waived if he didn't come in. He informed them he will not be returning & the entire family's business has been lost. They would rather lose out on years of dental work over one $50 fee. Other dental offices aren't like this & are very understanding that they do not want infectious patients coming into the office. We liked the dentist & office, but this policy isn't reasonable & doesn't take into account anyone's health or safety.

This will be a long review as to explain the amount that Brandon has done for me would be hard to explain in a small paragraph. I have dealt with dental issues all growing up. My family all has had issues and a lot of it is genetic issues. I use to get anxiety going to the dentist. When I started seeing Brandon 8 years ago he was great at explaining things and making me feel comfortable. I started doing routine dental care because I now wasn't having the anxiety about going in because I could see how much he was helping me. My jaw has never sat correctly with my jaw alignment causing all the pressure to be on my front teeth. Which in turn caused extreme damage and loss of length on my front teeth. Brandon was so patient and thorough through the whole process of helping me decide what to do with my bite. In my pictures I will add to this review, you will see how much my teeth had been damaged over the years with the constant pressure being applied to my front teeth and what Brandon was able to do to create a beautiful smile and set me up in the future with a more stable bite. Brandon was able to do 12 crowns on the top to help build up the back of my teeth and make a more unified smile. Since having them done I have had minimal pain and almost forget that I had them done when I'm even eating. Brandon was very Thorough and he is a perfectionist with his work. I have heard on multiple occasions since having my teeth finished how amazing and natural they look. Most of the time they don't even know what's different which goes to show how natural they look. I love that he made them look so natural. I have had other people reaching out to see where I had my teeth done because they look so natural. I have also met other patient in passing at his office or finding out where I have gone for dental work, give raving reviews of him as well. I can see his staff and how happy they all are in his office and that also speaks loudly to the person he is and the atmosphere he has created. I highly recommend Brandon for any of your dental needs as I have gone through most of them with him and he has always does an exceptional job. You can see that the back of my teeth didn't hit correctly. The second photo is how much they had worn down over the years and were starting to chip off.
