And yes, she will use her teeth if she feels she has to. Our vet charged us FORTY dollars for a clipping the last time we had an exam, and they didn't even get all of her nails! There were still 3 in the back that needed to be clipped, and they said they weren't able to do it. Huh? For forty bucks and a room full of puppy pros, I'd assume you'd be able to handle clipping my dog's nails - but that is a review for another establishment. ;) Knowing all of this made it tough to take her anywhere... most places wouldn't even attempt it. I read the reviews for Stinky's about doing nails for dogs that are, let's say... persnickety. That sold me... I had to give it a try. In order to get this job done, it took 4 people. Me, my husband, Jo-Ann, and her assistant... but, it DID get done. And my dog was fine - all nails neatly trimmed, no other muss or fuss. She got a treat when we were all done, and she trotted home with us proudly. We have found our place. thank you, JoAnn!

Given the hazardous condition, I immediately disposed of the damaged items to protect my pet's safety. I provided photographic evidence to the retailer but was informed that a refund would only be considered if the original items were returned, despite their unsalvageable condition. The retailer's refusal to address the issue initially and their policy of not providing refunds for defective items appears unreasonable and potentially violates consumer protection laws. After communicating with them, new product was shipped.

The stock fluctuates frequently. At some points they'll have everything you need and that you're looking for, and other times they'll have only half their stock. I haven't quite figured that out. The staff here are either extremely helpful or could not be less interested. I've found no in between (which seems a bit odd?). I've had great service and great experiences, and I've also placed online orders and then had to wait a half hour for the slowest person ever to find the merchandise that they emailed saying was ready. Overall: convenient location, typically decently stocked, staff mostly okay. My dog likes it here very much because he likes picking out his own toys, so I'll be back. Frequently.

For any extended daycare stay, she is typically disgusting, and comes back pretty matted. This time she came back smelling clean with no mats. My girl is a fluffy cloud with a double coat so matting is a serious problem for her and sometimes her nether regions, well, need some clean up despite her sanitary cut. I really appreciate their attention to detail, and my wallet and her groomer appreciate that she will not need a 6 hour grooming appointment following this visit! Highly recommend this place!!!!

Fortunately she gets to see her friends from Gone With the Dogs every afternoon for a walk. My Tally's a little feisty when it comes to other dogs so she sticks with just the solo walks, not the field trips or other fun adventures that Gone With the Dogs offers their clients. For three years I have been nothing but thrilled with the service and care that Tally has received from Cami and the rest of the walkers. From last minute schedule changes to dealing with all my dog's idiosyncrasies and health issues, they have consistently been understanding and accommodating. Recently Tally had to miss several walks because she was in the hospital. When I finally picked her up in the hospital, we came home to a get well card and a new toy from GWTD. These people care and it shows. Even now that I'm planning to move out of my current home, I refuse to move very far because there's no way I would trust any other walker the way I trust GWTD.

Until recently, I had only left my dog Max with family when I was out of town - I knew for sure that he was being treated well. Unfortunately for me, that meant driving 2.5 hours to leave him with that family member. This year I again tried to find a local dog sitter/walker - I had done a similar search a few years earlier and was unsuccessful. This time, I was very pleased to come across Gone With The Dogs on one of the professional dog sitting websites. I met with Cami, found her to be sincerely fond of dogs and decided to try leaving Max under her care. I was pleased with the results and Max seemed extremely happy with his new care-giver. Gone With The Dogs is now the first place I call when I need to leave Max for a long weekend. I feel very comfortable that he is getting the personal attention and care that he receives at home.

I was able to get an appointment here for the day after I called. The outside of the shop is unassuming and the inside front has a counter and a hang out area for the pups. I dropped my girl off and let them know she hates bath time and the drier. I am always so nervous leaving her with someone new but they seemed very friendly. About an hour later I got a text saying my girl was done. They said she didn't have any issues with the water or the drier! I also had them grind her nails, and they're great. The groomer I used to use would sometimes leave a sharp edge when they did the grinding, no edge here. When I arrived to pick up my girl she was laying in the sun in the pup hang out area and had the cutest bandana and stickers! One of the best parts was being able to pay via Venmo! Hello!! I found the pricing to be very comparable to other groomers in the area and I most definitely will return. Clean Paws is for sure the groomer I will be using going forward!

A bath and cut for my dog was about $120 which is an amazing and totally fair price. My dog has been having a lot of mats but the groomer did a great job at untangling and de-matting. My Scottie came back smelling fresh and looked super happy. I was told he was a good dog and had fun playing with the other pups there (which is unheard of due to his r reactive personality). It sounds like they made him feel super comfortable and safe!
