That Administrative staff could not be worse! the "Anti"Social workers are horrible. the Director of Nursing is an over paid gorilla. PT and OT and the L{Ns are the only things making the place bearable. Family members cannot get in contact with anyone on the staff and the Administrator spends more time walking the parking lot looking for parking violations than worrying about running the facility.God forbid you should be a lucid patient and expect to be treated kike a human being not just a check from Medicare. I won't even get into the fraud that they commit there. Dr. charged for visits he never performed. for a year and 1/2!

The room was lovely. 90% off the care team was excellent. One nurse however does not belong here. Unfortunately this nurse delivered the news of my sisters passing-she was on duty for her final days. The support staff tries to make up for the lack of care and empathy for this one person. They have a little memorial service when your loved one leaves with the undertaker. The entire staff for the day is here. This nurse stated in the office. We received a card as well, signed by all, except this nurse. Believe me, I wish I could say one person didn't impact the rest of the wonderful care my sister received, but it did. I wish we had arranged care at home. We did need to stay on top of the medication administration. My sister's illness caused horrible terrors and startles. They were often a bit late to deliver meds meant to keep her comfortable. The chef, amazing, kind and caring. The aides, all wonderful and checked in with empathy often. We did share our concerns and expected a follow up call that never came. If you can't be here around the clock with your loved one, I do not recommend.

From Faith, a very experienced hospice aide, to McKenzie, the case manager who visited us almost every day, to Connie the weekend nurse whose wisdom, insight and patience carried us forward, to Catherine, the social worker, Valerie, Reiki specialist, and Frank the Chaplin - all brought unique and supportive perspectives as we navigated this challenging time. My husband and I wanted to do hospice at home and as his decline accelerated, this hospice team made the journey possible. I am forever grateful for the wonderful care my husband received and the comfort care my family was given. I would strongly recommend this hospice! We were so lucky to have Lindsay as the primary nurse for my mother in law. She guided the entire family ( 6 children!!!) through the dying process. She was able to anticipate needs of everyone & facilitated them, while always putting my mother in law first. She was also able to arrange for a well needed massage from Poppy who was perfect. What makes this program special is the sense of community. The daily check-ins and group discussions offer honest peer feedback, different perspectives, and plenty of opportunities for growth. I've made meaningful connections with my peers, and those relationships have been just as valuable as the clinical treatment itself. Rebecca is an exceptional clinician and leader whose compassion, insight, and ability to connect with clients have had a lasting impact on me. Dr. Azi has also been incredibly supportive throughout my treatment. The team genuinely cares about their clients and creates an environment where people can do the hard work of recovery while still finding moments to laugh. As the unofficial comic relief of the group, I've learned that healing and humor can coexist. Some staff are amazing, however, Rebecca is awful and very rude to everybody. She expects people to act as though this is a school and we are not supposed to have our own feelings, emotions, lives, or thoughts. The curriculum is good, however they constantly are going off topic. The care could be amazing if they knew how to manage a room and keep everybody going in a progressive direction. However, they do not. My mental health is going backwards due to these awful people.
