She knows how to "SPEAK ENGLISH" and has been working with the elderly without any problems communicating. At-home caregiver staff even asked her to rate her English from 1-10. This is disrespectful. The staff assumed that my sister could not speak english basing on her accent. After the phone interview, my sister felt down and discourage because of this. Please don't apply to this agency.
