visiting angels have taken extraordinarily good care of our mother over the past several years. They have been kind but firm in looking after her, which has resulted in a longer period of mom being able to stay in her independent living apartment than she would have had otherwise. They have alerted us when there have been changes in mom's abilities, how long she sleeps, her appetite, how long she is willing and able to walk, and any signs that she might be ill. They have bathed her, dressed her, prepared her lunch, and made sure the television was on one of her favorite channels. On a few days when her right hand was very painful, they even helped her eat. Words cannot begin to express our appreciation for their professionalism, dedication and dependability. We are also beyond grateful for their willingness to show up, day after day and at the risk of their own health, during this deadly pandemic. read more

I wanted to shout out to Visiting Angels for helping me through my recent knee replacement surgery. I live alone and did not want to go into a rehab facility for fear of COVID-19. These guys are the BEST at what they do. From Nathan in customer care, to my angels Victoria and Andreina, to Elyse who came out to meet with me. Just want to tell you how grateful we are for Visiting Angels. I used this company years ago when my mom was in the hospital and again now for my brother and his wife. We have always had competent, caring, professional care givers. It's not easy for someone to have a stranger come stay overnight, yet the people that have come have put us all right at ease. This organization should be renamed the Visiting Devils. This organizer employs a bunch of thieves that steal from the elderly. It happened in my mother's home on two occasions. When reported the owner was very rude and could care less, saying his employees would never do that. So eleven thousand dollars later, we are much worse off than we were when we hired them. Stay clear of these thieves if you value your loved ones and your money. read more

Although the majority of caregivers were friendly and caring, the supervision, and management was horrendous. Regarding the caregivers, there was a complete lack of continuity. With each new caregiver, you would need to review the care plan and all the simple details, over and over. This was a direct result of poor management and supervision. I do not feel the results justified the cost. read more

My grandmother who is physically disabled has someone come to the house every morning to help with getting her out of bed and bathing and dressing her. The caretaker (who I haven't personally met) is great with her and takes care of everything she needs for an hour every day. Visiting Angels is a blessing to my grandmother and to our family. read more

I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making it so easy to arrange care for my father on short notice. The women who we met this weekend were truly angels. Our caregiver was just incredible, she related so well to mom, she spoke to mom like a daughter would, they laughed & did puzzles together, She even made sure mom brushed her teeth thoroughly reminding her not to forget "the eye teeth". She deserves 10,000 stars. read more
