Complete Care chose a mature, experienced caregiver for me who I am happy with. In my case a caregiver is needed to help with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, cooking and laundry. It is a relief to have competent, trustworthy help during recovery. And she is easy to get along with and punctual. My family has been pleased with every aspect of Complete Care's service. I contacted the Lamar Agency, yes I was nervous; I was skeptical. However, when Ms. Matthews came out to meet with me and my Mom on a Sunday; My mind was a little more at ease. Monday came around and we were paired with the BEST CNA. I won't mention her name because of confidentiality BUT she showed the MOST compassion for my mother. She did tasks without me having to ask. She helped me take care of my mother until the end. I don't do too many reviews...but I am extremely appreciative and thankful for the Lamar Agency.
