Complete Care chose a mature, experienced caregiver for me who I am happy with. In my case a caregiver is needed to help with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, cooking and laundry. I understand he would be a new patient and may take a little while to get an appointment, but to be told they could not see him at all and that it was for the month of May and pending June only due to he had a diabetic ulcer on his foot. I even confirmed this is the type of care that they provide and was still given the same stupid answer. This is extremely unprofessional.
