I did learn that no matter what agency you talk to they all have a quota of how many hours they will be there for no matter how long you need them.. Cherish and Natalie, who runs things worked with us on that and helped us. The companion they sent for my mother was and is an angel. We ended up discontinuing the service for a while because we don't have insurance for it and we were going to move my mother to the assisted side where she would receive medication from nurses which was less expensive, but she will not have a companion. The owner is a RN and is not only qualified but is a caring person and a good business woman. She has had the same Schedulers and Bookkeeper for years and is well established. Complete Care chose a mature, experienced caregiver for me who I am happy with. In my case a caregiver is needed to help with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, cooking and laundry. It is a relief to have competent, trustworthy help during recovery. And she is easy to get along with and punctual. My family has been pleased with every aspect of Complete Care's service. Sometimes the carer would show up on time, other times they would either be very late or not show up at all. Given that one of the key reasons we hired them was to get mother-in-law out of bed and help her take her medications, this was an important failure. She would be stuck in bed unable to help herself and getting into a panic. 2. Communications with Regency was very poor. They would change carers without telling us or mother-in-law and would often fail to return our calls. Ultimately, dependability is a key characteristic for in-home care and, regrettably, Regency did not ensure this.

I'm a current patient who has been very happy until today. I had a 9:30 MRI scheduled but didn't…read morerealize you had to be there 30 minutes early. Staff was very nice and moved me till 11:30 same day. I was there on time THANK GOD! Only problem I had to bring my elderly mother with me. She has dementia and does not move. Staff was kind to let her sit out in waiting area. Once fine I go to get my mom and noticed she spilled her cup of water on the floor. I asked the lady at the desk if she could give me a towel to clean it up. Her eyes darted to me and I could hardly hear her say no she was obviously mad. She came from behind the counter with some paper towels and threw them on the floor getting it up with her feet. Seeing how upset she was I offered again to clean it up she glared at me and re focused on wiping up the spill with her sneakers. She was nasty and rude. Not professional at all. This would be a reason for me to go someplace else. It just wasn't that big of the deal she made it to be!

There were 5 others who received the same message and there before me. Office staff said sorry, but not my fault. This is very inconsiderate and unacceptable. I question if they truly care about their patients?? If so they would fix the issue. It's a simple programming change to their automated system. I do not recommend this office. Evidently this is a chronic issue that management chooses not to correct.
