Then made a jagged splint that wasn't even what my Dr. ordered!! When he saw it he told me to take it off right away as it would do more harm than good. He asked if they went over the order with me. No. I went back to talk to the owner and show her the burn on my hand but she couldn't have cared less. They made me pay for the splint so I asked for my money back. The guy (Rick or something), was extremely rude to me so I told him I was going to sue them and left. Ten minutes later my phone rang and they wanted to know where to send the check. Still waiting. After complicated hand surgery getting burned and care that was going to make it worse wasn't exactly what I needed. What a horrible experience. Stay away!!
