My husband has been coming to Luis for years, so when it came time for our son to have his first cut, we wanted Luis to be the one to help us out. We weren't sure if we would even be able to get the haircut done because he's so young and a pretty squirmy kid, but figured we would at least try. Luis was very patient and kind with my son, and we were actually able to finish the whole haircut! I was impressed with his professionalism and speediness. I would definitely trust that my kid is in good hands when he comes here. Thank you!! read more

Thank You Junior , we finally found a barber for my 15 month old son. We came in for a scissor cut and he went above and beyond and my son was actually patient with him 95% of the time which is rare with my kid. Upon arrival we got offered water by another of his colleagues which he didn't have too but he did which was very sweet. Definitely will be back. The room itself is nice as well love the decoration. read more

RUN don't walk! Incredibly friendly staff and professional environment. Music is not too loud, no random shop people taking your spots, etc. Ample parking nearby as well. Pricing is super affordable. I got my haircut and beard straight razor trimmed by Sammy and it was a 12/10 experience. Made me feel comfortable, talked through my haircut reference picture and even gave me some cool punk bands to check out! Will be coming back next month and I've finally found my forever shop in LA. read more

Highly recommend. I've been going to this shop for about 6 months and every time I've gone for either a cut or a beard lineup I've left 100% satisfied. They go above and beyond to give me what I want plus give me their professional opinion as well. Since day one, they've been extremely welcoming and respectful. I like the culture of this shop, and can tell they're all very talented. I've gone to 2 different barbers, but would trust any of their barbers/stylist. After the treatment I've experienced at Visionz, I don't picture myself going anywhere else. Thank you guys. read more

This is probably the best barbershop ive ever been to. I get my cuts with Russ and Jay, both dudes are super super super cool and definitely know how to cut hair. Ive been looking for a shop that does texture and this is hands down the best one. All my cuts from them have been clean as f***. Both dudes do an amazing job. When you walk into the shop you dont feel awkward, on the contrary everyone is nice and helpful. I drive from Carson all the way to culver city just for them. I highly recommend Russ and Jay, but everyone there seems super skilled. Dont hesitate coming here. read more

Decent Shop. I worked with Russ for awhile but got sick of the price changing every time I went. One time it was 50 the next it was 90 for a VIP haircut that I didn't even request (VIP meaning brushing and styling lol). Make sure you get the price confirmed before you go. Honestly not worth the money. read more

Always a great experience with any of the barbers & there's enough street parking on Overland or Braddock

Jay is seriously the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable, consistent, and always takes the time to make sure everything is on point. Every single time I leave her chair, I'm happy with my cut and feel confident. You can tell she really cares about her craft and about her clients. She listens, gives honest feedback, and delivers exactly what you're looking for. If you're looking for a barber you can trust long term, Jay is it. Highly recommend. read more

Got a clean fade from Katrina and I'm seriously impressed. She's fast, efficient, and you can tell she really takes pride in her craft. Her attention to detail and customer service are on point. She mentioned that she joined Visionz earlier this year and works out of a private studio within the same shop, which made the whole experience feel more personal and relaxing. You can really feel her passion for barbering from the moment you sit in the chair. She listens to what you want and delivers with precision. If it's your first time, Katrina makes sure you walk out feeling confident and sharp. Definitely one of the best cuts I've had in a while. read more

Finding a new barber can be daunting; however, the staff at VISIONZ immediately put me at ease. TLDR: Book with Ken. My parents were in town and I was in desperate need of a haircut. I booked a last minute same-day appointment with the next available staff and took a chance based on the Yelp and Google Reviews. My gambling paid off. I got paired up with Ken, a new barber at the shop and he did some real magic. He was understanding, patient and had an incredible level of attention to detail. He also checked in a few times throughout the cut to make sure we were on the same page. Overall, I walked away with a clean fade and an exceptional haircut. You know that moment when you walk out of a barber shop with a big smile? Yeah, that was me this weekend! I definitely recommend checking out Ken, if you're in need of a new barber. read more

I was recommended Jbladez for her perming services, and as a first-timer, I wanted to go somewhere with a solid reputation, and she did not disappoint. From the moment I walked into Visionz Barbershop, the team was super welcoming and attentive. They even offered me water while I waited, which set the tone for a quality experience. Jbladez nailed exactly what I was going for. I went from flat, straight hair to voluminous, wavy texture--and she topped it off with a clean mid fade that had me walking out feeling confident. She truly exceeded my expectations. Safe to say I'll be sticking with Jay for as long as she's cutting, her skills speak for themselves. read more

Visionz did an amazing job with my son's hair cut. Will highly recommend this place. See you soon.

I've been going to Russell for the past year for my haircut needs. I have challenging hair to cut, and Russ comes in with great suggestions and different ideas on how to go about it. I feel very comfortable in his hands every time I come in. And he's a solid guy with a good heart. Visionz is a chill spot in Culver City with plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. Reasonable prices for the quality of customer service and attention to detail they bring. Highly recommend. read more

To start small parking lot but plenty of street parking except Wednesday(street sweeper 11-1). Call or use the website and get an appointment it is always the best bet. They have an upstairs and downstairs. I went inside downstairs, very clean, typical barber shop vibe, TVs playing games, and movie's. Musi is playing in the background. All the staff was super nice all of them greeted me and told me to head upstairs. Where I meet Cesar. The nicest guy went over the details of my cut and what I was looking for. He was super detailed, something I love in a haircut. If I tried to find a hair out of place, I bet I couldn't. When you set up that appointment, look for Cesa. You can thank me later. read more

Where do I start? I have been cutting my hair with Jbladez for a couple of years now. I will follow her wherever barbershop she goes, but let me tell you. Visionz, has some of the best talent in the game right now. Everyone is friendly and will make you feel at home, great music, great customer service and even better vibes. You can't go wrong with any barber at this shop, but if you choose jbladez, be ready to look like a new man, you're going to get the confidence boost of your life, there has never been one cut that I am not satisfied with, every penny is 100% worth it. Her dedication to her job is noticeable, she takes every cut to heart, she isn't here for the money (obviously we need it to survive) but she is here to leave you feeling satisfied, if you explain what you want, or bring a picture, she can 100% deliver. I just got my haircut at Visionz today. They put in so much effort and love into just into a single person. They truly do their best for each person so that each haircut comes out with flawless results. They are great for every age and hair type. Everyone is so nice and they take their time to perfect every cut. I've been to many barbers and most of them use the same razor, but at Visionz they clean each razor and scissor and they have a vast variety of razors so that every cut is perfect. The vibe there is so calm and chill. They understand every customers needs. They are very professional, nice, and friendly. It is hard not to start a fun conversation with them, but if you prefer not to, they are completely fine with that. Truly my favorite barber shop. Luis and the whole team are amazing. I had no idea what I was walking into. I've driven past Visionz for a while now and honestly, at first I thought it was an optometrist office. I was treated to an experience right in my neighborhood. Thank you Russ. You not only had a customer, but now you have a client. read more

Updated review: so I've been coming to Visionz since it first opened, it's one of the best barbershops in LA (and I've been to many!) Great service, nice vibe, quality cuts, zero pretentiousness. They also have wifi in case you want to keep yourself entertained or get some work done during your cut. There are many barbershops in LA, some are bad, some are good, very few are great. Visionz is one of the great ones if not the best. Every time I came in with a picture reference, they nailed it with precision. Give Visionz a try! read more
