When I came to pick them up, they were photo gray lenses. When I received my sunglasses I errored by picking them up and going back to work. I put them on and could see distance, but could not even read my dashboard. Oops again! Most likely, they forgot the bifocals. I was done working with this company. In the end, they gave me some money back, they noted I did not give them TIME TO THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATE THE SITUATION, and noted maybe the prescription was wrong! WHAT! YOU JUST DID THE EXAM! They charged my VSP insurance. I am now filing a complaint with the insurance compan.

Was told 7-10 days for my new pairs of glasses to arrive, I ended up waiting 2 days short of a month. Called a week after my appt and they said the order never got sent to the lab, and that they would expedite the order, it was another 2 weeks after that that I ended up calling them to come pick my glasses up, they never called me once.... Would I recommend? If you have no issue waiting 3 times the time frame they tell you, yes. If you are looking for a fast and easy process of replacing glasses, other places are MUCH faster.
